SILIKE SLK1123 is a high molecular weight raw gum with low vinyl content. It is
nsoluble in water, soluble in toluene and other organic solvents, suitable to be use
d as raw material gum for silicone additives, Color vulcanizing agent and low hard
ness silicone products.

SILIKE SLK1123 is a special type of silicone gum with ultra-high molecular weight
and modified structure.

Product benefits
1. The molecular weight of raw gum is higher, and the content of vinyl is
reduced, so that the silicone gum has fewer crosslinking points, less
vulcanizing agent, lower yellowing degree, better surface appearance,
and higher grade of product under the premise of maintaining strengt
h;
2. Volatile matter control within 1%, the product smell is lower, can be u
sed in high VOC requirement applications;
3. With high molecular weight gum and better wear resistance when appl
icated for plastics;
4. Molecular weight control range is stricter, so that the strength of produ
cts, hand feeling and other indicators more uniform.
5. High molecular weight raw gum, keeps non-stick, used for color maste
r raw gum, vulcanizing agent raw gum with better handling.

Features
Insoluble in water, soluble in toluene and other organic solvents, its p
roducts have small compression deformation, excellent characteristics of re
sistance to saturated water vapor, flammable in case of fire or high heat.

Transport and Storage
Suggest to be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse, keep away fro
m fire and heat. The temperature of the warehouse is not more than 4
, and seal well when packaging. It can contact with the air, avoid co
ntact with strong acid, strong alkali, metal lead and other compounds. C
areful handling when loading and unloading to prevent packaging and co
ntainer from damage, transport as non-dangerous goods. The shelf life is
3 years. After the storage period, it can be re-inspected according to th
e provisions of this standard, and if meet the quality requirements, this p
roduct can still be used

It is extracted from sesbania seeds which originated from India. The sesbania gum powder is white loose milky powder which is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, ketones, ethers and other organic solvents. Sesbania gum powder can be dispersed in cold water to form a viscous solution. The viscosity of sesbania gum powder is 5-10 times higher than natural plant gum, sodium alginate.

Physical and Chemical Properties of Gum Arabic :
1. Gum Arabic is a pale white orange brown solid that breaks with glassy fracture.
2. Highly soluble in water and solution up to 55% can be obtained.
3. It is insoluble in oils and most organic solvents.
4. It is regarded as 95% soluble fiber.
5. Gum Arabic contains neutral sugars like Rhamnose, Arabinose and Galactose.
6. It contains Glucuronic acid and 4 methoxyglucuronic acid.
