A very versatile Board Machine, operating width 4200 mm, maximum speed is 450 m/min, producing
fluting, liner, plasterboard liner, brown board and other grades. Grammage produced 110 to 600 gsm.
Commissioned in 1988, latest upgrades in 2000-s.
Installed production capacity is up to 450 t/day and the mill produced in excess of 110,000 t/year.

pumps, three twin pressure screens (holes diameter 2.6 mm), stock chest, stock pump, hot dispersion plant,
screw press, steam channel, disperger, thickener, stock chest, stock pump, 4 deflakers, 2 disc refiners, stock
chest with vertical agitator, stock pump, machine chest, two thickeners, disc filter. All Polish and Russian
built.
Line 3 – surface layer.

Paper rope rewinding machine or rope rewinder is a robust machine which is used to rewind twisted paper rope rolls into bigger rolls. Smaller twisted paper rolls are rewinded using this machine, spliced with other rolls and then again rewinded on to a bigger rope roll. There is a great advantage in rewinding to a bigger twisted rope roll as with the bigger roll, there will be fewer stoppages of either automatic paper bag making machine or automatic paper rope handle machine where twisted ropes are used continuously.
