5. Installation & Commissioning

1.� Before installation, read the instruction manual in detail and carefully check whether all components are intact. Install the main machine and motor bracket in the direction shown in the diagram.
2.� Install the entire machine stably with an inclination of no more than 10 degrees, and fix the bottom bracket firmly.
3.� Fix the power unit on the frame, and adjust the appropriate distance between the power pulley and the machine's pulley.
4.� Connect a suitable water inlet pipe, as well as appropriate wires and a switch.
5.� Before using the machine, check whether the shafts of the entire machine run smoothly, fasten all bolts, and ensure the materials are clean.
6.� When starting the machine, if excessive noise or vibration occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Only start working when the machine runs stably and normally.
7.� If the water seal of the secondary water inlet elbow leaks during operation, the water pipe can be removed and blocked to stop water inflow. As long as the main water inflow is sufficient, the filtering effect will not be affected.

Note: After each operation, do not stop the machine immediately. Continue to supply water for 2-5 minutes and block the powder outlet pipe at the same time until the residue inside the filter screen is cleaned. Only then can the machine be stopped; otherwise, the filtering effect of the filter screen will be affected.
