Tin press DP 30, 7,5 kW
The special characteristics of this tin press is the small requirement of space and the compact construction.
This tin press can be used manifold, e.g. super-markets, cookeries, hospitals, old-age asylums, petrol-stations, derricks, liners, camping sites.
This tin press is able to press drinking cans, PE-plastic bottles or other iron or non-iron metals of small or medium dimensions. The small bales without any tightening straps are pressed into very compact packets with a bale density up to 450 kg/m3 and can be supplied to the recycling plants without any further processing. The small compressed bales can be handled simply and can be stacked very good. The solid steel construction as well as the high quality of the hydraulic and elekctric control unit give this press the seal of quality.

Common HIPS applications:
In packaging technology, it is used as a single-layer packaging for products that do not require strict antioxidant requirements.
Make coating HIPS plastic film to increase water vapor and gas resistance.
Making a printing surface to increase printing ability, making the outer plastic packaging with the ability to tear easily and create gloss.
Making bottle caps, pen cases, jewelry boxes, beer tanks, fresh food containers.
Making pharmaceutical bottles, pipes, cap for solvent containers.
Making high-frequency insulating materials, insulation clamps.
Making imitation leather sandals, textile packaging.
Pressing students' tables and chairs, pressed motorcycle details, yogurt cup, plastic candy tray.

Carrier oils are extremely significant as they are derived from the fatty portion of plants such as the seeds, kernels, and nuts and thereby comprise essential fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins making them truly an elixir of life. Carrier oils aka vegetable oils/base oils are used extensively in aromatherapy and cosmetics for diluting essential oils for application. They provide radiance to the skin and are often used to heal irritated and
sensitive skin. S.V. Exports carrier oils are the purest grade - unrefined and cold-pressed oils, which offer the greatest health benefits.
Coconut Oil is extracted from Copra. (Dried split kernels of the Coconut). The coconut is the fruit of the coconut palm (Cocos Nucifera)
To produce Copra, ripe or mature, organically grown coconuts are split and the kernels are extracted from the hard shell. These are then left out to dry by sunlight in open air.
If the Copra is not adequately dry it is further dried on drier beds at the factory, until it is suitable for oil extraction.
The dried Copra is then pressed by a mechanical process in an expeller. No chemicals whatsoever are used in this process. The expeller presses crude coconut oil out on one side and the other the residue (Copra oil Cake) is deposited. This remaining residue is utilized to feed livestock.
This oil is subsequently filtered . You now have (CNO) crude coconut oil. For other grades it is necessary to pass stages of refining, depending on the customers needs.

Virgin coconut oil is made from fresh coconut meat. The production embraces the removal of the bark, the elimination of the brown shell and washing. Then the white meat gets grounded (to obtain fine flakes) and dried. After drying the white meat goes true a screw press to extract the oil. The oil gets filtered afterwards to result in a clear oil. Ingredients Organic cold pressed coconut oil.
COCONUT OIL, 100% natural, is a refined vegetable oil extracted from the dried coconut flesh of Cocos Nucifera (Coconut). COCONUT OIL is one of the vegetable oils that accumulate high levels of saturated fatty acids in the triacylglycerol fraction. COCONUT OIL contains approximately 50% of Lauric acid (saturated C12 chain). COCONUT OIL provides emollient properties and is great for moisturizing, that make it useful to be used in all cosmetic formulations. COCONUT OIL is specially indicated for lipstick, make up and soap makers. The saturated nature of COCONUT OIL provides resistance to rancidity and makes a very hard soap while at the same time producing a fluffy lather. Many cultures use coconut oil straight on their hair and skin for conditioning.
