Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Oil obtained from the fruits of the oil, in particular physico-mechanical and partially thermal methods that do not change the oil produced, and which have not undergone treatments other than washing, decantation, centrifugation and filtration procedures. Acidity not more than 0.8%. Sensory characteristics: impeccable taste and smell, no extraneous odors (mold, mustiness, etc.). Color: yellowish-green. Presentations: a) Bulk: in tanks or vats to ensure proper hygiene (edible) b) Packaging of different sizes (250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 1 l, 2 l, 2.5 l, 5 l) and formats (PET polypropylene, glass and metal).
