Our deep respect for the land and its harvest is the legacy of generations of farmers who put food on our tables, preserved our landscape, and inspired us with a powerful work ethic.
Coconuts grown in our own farm and other farms around our area are carefully handpicked and stocked.
We remove the coconut husk and then the coconuts are broken into two pieces.
COPRA:
Copra refers to the dried coconut kernels from which coconut oil is expelled.
Exposing the kernels to the air and sun was the earliest method of drying and is still extensively followed; it gives a good quality white copra
copra is made by sun drying these broken coconut pieces to remove the moist nature of coconuts without any chemical techniques like additive Sulphur on copra to increase its shelf life.
Every week we process only limited quantity of oil, so the oil you get from us will never exceed one month from the day of production.
Traditional Cold Pressed method:
Cold pressed method- oil seeds are crushed slowly to extract oil from them naturally. This is done to retain the nutrients and flavours.
Chekku, Ghani and Kolhu oil are some colloquial words used in India to describe cold pressed oil
The oil is extracted from these sun dried pure copra using Traditional Cold Pressed (Chekku in Tamil) method
Production of Oil in room temperature
No External Heat applied for higher production.
We don't use artificial refining method instead we use Natural Sedimentation Process where the crushed coconut oil is Sedimented in Direct Natural Sun light for Four days.
Packing which is done completely by women in an Hygienic environment which is always maintained neat and clean to ensure the high quality standard of our oil.
Benefits:
Coconut oil is very different from most other cooking oils and contains a unique composition of fatty acids.
Coconut oil produced from good quality copra is clear, low in fatty acid and has good coconut aroma.
Rich in fiber and MCTs, coconut oil cold pressed offer a number of benefits, including improved heart health, weight loss, and digestion
coconut oil cold pressed help you lose weight because itâ??s a good source of a fatty acid called medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), which are quickly metabolized in the body
Beyond cooking, coconut oil really shines as a beauty product. You can use it on your hair as an in-shower mask to add a boost of moisture, or smooth a bit on dry hair to tame frizz
12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid (12-HSA): A Highly Adaptable Asset for Various Uses
Envision a wax-like fatty acid derived from castor oil, harboring a concealed hydroxyl group that holds the key to unlocking a multitude of possibilities. This is precisely what 12-HSA offers â?? a versatile champion within the realm of industrial chemicals. Distinguishing itself from its stearic acid counterpart, 12-HSA possesses a unique structure that empowers it to excel across a wide range of applications.
2-Octanol, also known as capryl alcohol, is a remarkable compound with a multitude of applications. Despite its small size, consisting of only eight carbon atoms, this gentle giant possesses unique properties that make it highly versatile in various industries.
One of the key roles of 2-octanol is its ability to act as a fragrance and flavor carrier. By dissolving and blending fragrances and flavors, it enhances the sensory experience in perfumes, cosmetics, and food products, elevating their aroma and taste profiles.
Sebacic Acid: An Adaptable Contender for Various Uses
Imagine an eco-friendly acid derived from natural sources, consisting of ten carbon atoms, ready to fulfill a crucial role in multiple industries. This is sebacic acid, an emerging leader in the realm of chemicals, offering distinct characteristics and boundless potential. Unlike conventional synthetic acids, sebacic acid possesses a mild nature and a strong commitment to sustainability.
