Description
A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee is made using milk from desi Gir cows. The milk is boiled and naturally cooled to room temperature. Yogurt is made our of A2 Gir Cow milk. The yogurt is then hand churned to separate the butter. This is done at Bramha Muhrat which is 4 am to 6 am. The ghee is made in a traditional way using mango fire wood and cow dung cakes in an iron kadai.
