In order to keep the all beneficial values and the freshness of the milk powder, all dairy powders are packed under germ free nitrogen and hygienic conditions.
SMP - refers to Skimmed Milk Powder meaning max 1.5% fat and usually 36% protein
FCMP - refers to Full Cream Milk Powder, which is basically normal milk that was spray dried, it usual contains 26% protein and 26 or 28% fat
IFCMP - refers to Instant Full Cream Milk Powder, this is the same product as above but went through an additional process to make it instant meaning soluble in cold water
