Heating
The tunnel ovens are heated by the tube elements with double heating spirals.They are specially made for each oven to maximize the heat control and reliability of the elements.On average,we use 12 elements per meter of oven.The elements,placed on the top of the oven chamber and below the belt,are easily accessed from the side.
Turbo Zone
From some products,especially when baking with tins,the use of air circulation from turbo fans in combination with radiant heat is suitable.In such cases the oven is equipped with turbo zones.In a mesh belt oven,the hot air is forced through the belt and in a solid steel belt oven the hot air is blown horizontally along the zone.Turbo zones allow for the baking time to be reduced and lower temperatures used.With the adjustable fan speed the optimal turbo effect can be reached.

4.�Operation Principle: Place the trays, bottles or trolley fully loaded with the materials into the chamber of oven and start PLC programmable control system. Then, the blower for internal circulation is running and heating starts, meanwhile the butterfly valve opens and the temperature of the oven chamber rises rapidly. With the blower for internal circulation, hot and dry air enters into t he oven chamber through the high-temperature resistant HEPA filters. Under the role of micro-porous regulation, an evenly-distributed air is formed for transmission into the oven chamber. The dry air absorbs the moisture remaining on the surfaces of materials for its entrance into the heating channel, resulting in evaporation and outward expulsion. The dry air flows in directional circulation simultaneous intermittent supplementation of fresh filtered air, the inside chamber of oven exhibits the state of micro-positive pressure. With the termination of the constant temperature, the control of processing comes to the end. When the air delivering or forced cooling (with water) starts, the automatic butterfly valve will close, and then it gives sound and light alarm to open the door and remove the materials or bottles.
