Canneed MBT-200 Hall Effect Thickness Gauge (Magnetic Bottle Thickness Gauge)¡± is a refined portable thickness gauge. It is used to measure the thickness of nonmagnetic material, such as plastic, glass, synthetics, aluminum and titanium, etc. The measurement accuracy is undistorted by the samples shapes.
MBT-200 is based on the theory of Hall Effect. For test, place the steel ball on one side of the sample and the probe on the other side. The Hall Effect sensor on the probe measures the distance from the probe tip to the steel ball. The calculator will display the real thickness readings.

Film Shrinkage Test Equipment GBK-D1 is used to determination of the degree of unrestrained linear thermal shrinkage and dimensional stability at different temperatures. Widely used in industries of plastic material, plastic products, petroleum, chemicals, research institute, inspection agency and so on.
Principle
This tester uses the principle of air heating to connect the tested sample to the tension sensor and displacement sensor. After reaching the maximum shrinkage force, it is placed in an external test environment with an ambient temperature of 23 to cool down.
The reference temperature, shrinkage force and displacement are recorded, and the recorded data can be used to determine the optimal shrinkage conditions of the film.
