The dehydrated onion minced is a processed form of the dry onion flakes, which are primarily manufactured from the fresh onion to persist the onion flavor for a longer time. The dried onion minced is produced from the dried onion flakes. Firstly, in this procedure, the plant roots and outer skins from the onion flakes are removed by the sorting process, which improves the quality of the final product.
