COFFEE BEANS
yoohong exports Robusta and Arabica coffee beans in a 7:3 ratio. Our Robusta beans are sourced from southern Thailand, where they are often intercropped with fruit trees and grown in full sun. These beans are bold, earthy, and high in caffeine-commonly used in local espresso blends, instant coffee, and traditional Thai iced coffee.
Our Arabica beans come from highland regions in northern Thailand, grown at altitudes above 1,200 meters. They offer floral, fruity, and sweet notes with medium body and acidity, and are often described as sweetness-forward.
