DELIVERY AND COMMERCIAL TERMS
Delivery shall be arranged on a CIF basis to the buyer's nominated safe destination port, subject to mutually agreed contractual terms and applicable Incoterm 2020 provisions.
The buyer shall arrange a 100% irrevocable, non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT700), issued by a mutually acceptable bank, in accordance with the terms and documentary requirements agreed by both parties.

Final Payment
Final payment shall be made by MT103/TT following successful quality and quantity inspection at the destination port, in accordance with the mutually agreed inspection protocol, Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), and applicable documentary credit arrangements.

No advance payment or upfront deposit shall be required from the buyer at any stage of the transaction.

Destination-Port Inspection - Entirely at Buyer's Cost
Quality and quantity inspection shall be conducted at the buyer's nominated destination port by SGS, Intertek, or another mutually agreed independent inspection agency.

All costs and charges relating to destination-port quality and quantity inspection shall be borne entirely by the Buyer. These shall include the inspection agency's fees and other inspection-related charges agreed by the parties.

Pure sulfuric acid does not occur naturally due to its strong affinity to water vapor; it is hygroscopic and readily absorbs water vapor from the air. Concentrated sulfuric acid is highly corrosive towards other materials, from rocks to metals, since it is an oxidant with powerful dehydrating properties. Phosphorus pentoxide is a notable exception in that it is not dehydrated by sulfuric acid but, to the contrary, dehydrates sulfuric acid to sulfur trioxide. Upon addition of sulfuric acid to water, a considerable amount of heat is released; thus, the reverse procedure of adding water to the acid should not be performed since the heat released may boil the solution, spraying droplets of hot acid during the process. Upon contact with body tissue, sulfuric acid can cause severe acidic chemical burns and even secondary thermal burns due to dehydration. Dilute sulfuric acid is substantially less hazardous without the oxidative and dehydrating properties; however, it should still be handled with care for its acidity.
