Soy Dietary Fiber, Cas no.9004-34-6, also known as textured vegetable protein, is initially manufactured from concentrated soy flour, a white colored powder. Soy Dietary Fiber contains a high amount of dietary fiber, and has a high water absorption capacity. It functions as a moisture retention agent, and cooking loss reduction agent to meat product formulations. Soy Dietary Fiber is is used in various food products, including in sausages, burgers, bakery products, Tomato paste(ketchup), jam, juice, chopped meat, nutritional food products, condiments and animal foods.
As an experienced Soy Dietary Fiber manufacturer and supplier, we has been supplying and exporting Soy Dietary Fiber for almost 10 years, please be assured to buy from us. Any inquiries about price and the market trend please feel free to contact us, we will reply you within 1 working day.
Soy Dietary Fiber Specification
The functional soy dietary fiber is drawn from the cell wall material of soybean cotyledon. It is composed of a complex insoluble fiber, soluble fiber and protein. It gives its special properties of higher water binding and absorption to the food industry especially in the Sauce Products like Tomato Paste, Ketchup, Mainline Breads and Rolls, Light Breads and Rolls, Frozen and Refrigerated Doughs, and Cakes and Sweet goods. And it is also introduced as one of excellent source of dietary fiber that brings great benefit for human body health. It is recommended for usage with soy protein together for cost effective purpose in meat industry.

Fiber
Description: Obtained by micronizing the fibers after heating and peeling soy beans (Glicine max) . It presents a characteristic of powder, fine, light brown in color, dry, with a characteristic and insoluble odor.
Applications: Its applications vary as a source of insoluble fiber, enrichment of whole-grain flour, use in diet products.
Use: As it presents fine granulometry, it allows better homogenization of mixtures for whole pasta, ready to use in shakes and milk drinks and can be ingested pure.
Differential: Among other factors that make it a healthy option, as insoluble fibers help in satiety and are not fully absorbed by the body, collaborating with the flow of the gastrointestinal tract.
Soy Dietary Fiber is a unique, pleasant tasting, fiber product made from the cell wall fiber and protein of the soybean hull. This combination of fiber and protein gives this product excellent water absorbing and moisture migration control properties. Made from Non-GMO soybeans using an organically approved process. To be used in any application where water absorption and binding are needed. ES fiber is a sheath-core composite fiber obtained by successfully combining low-melting components and high-melting components on a single fiber.
It has excellent thermal bonding properties. The low melting point component in ES fiber melts under heat treatment conditions higher than its melting point, and bond with other materials to form a binder-free environmentally and friendly non-woven fabric.
ES fiber has various advantages such as soft, fluffy, low-temperature processing, heat-bonding, plasticity, non-toxic, non-irritating, and lightweight. It is mainly used to manufacture high-quality sanitary products such as sanitary napkins and diapers. And it is also high-quality materials used to make medical products such as medical protective cloth and medical protective masks, and so on.
There are two main types of ES fibers. The first kind is a composite of PE and PP. Its sheath layer is PE (polyethylene, melting point 130°C), and its core layer is PP (polypropylene, melting point 165°C).
The second kind is a composite of PE and PE. Its sheath layer is PE, and the core layer is PET (polyester, melting point 255â??), which is an upgraded version of PE/PP.
ES is divided into EP and ET in terms of material and functionally divided into the hydrophilic, water-repellent, hydrophilic, and weak parent, single parent, multi-parent.In addition, it also can be divided into whitening, general whitening, high holding, medium holding, and low holding. The specifications are 1.5D38mm, 2D38mm, 4D51mm, and so on. In the future, the trend will gradually develop towards fine deniers.
Natural fibers present important advantages such as low density, appropriate stiffness and mechanical properties and high disposability and renewability. Moreover, they are recyclable and biodegradable. There has been lot of research on use of natural fibers in reinforcements.
Coconut fibers is an eco - friendly material which are found between the hard, internal shell of the outer coat of a coconut. After fully mature coconuts are harvested, they are put into machines to separate the long bristle fibres underneath the skin of the nut. This process is called wet-milling. The coconut fiber is relatively waterproof, and is one of the few enviromental materials that are resistant to damage by seawater.

Raw coconut fiber is twisted into single or double yarns (two twisted fibers), then woven by loom into coir nets based on
specifications required by customers. Coir nets is mainly used to cover bare hills, road slopes and preventing erosion.
Sisal fiber is a strong and durable natural plant fiber extracted from the leaves of the Agave sisalana plant, primarily grown in tropical regions like Africa, Brazil, and Mexico. These fibers are renowned for their versatility and strength, making them valuable in various industries. Sisal fiber is commonly used for manufacturing products such as twine, rope, rugs, mats, and even paper due to its excellent resistance to deterioration and wear. It is prized for its sustainability and eco-friendliness, as the sisal plant is relatively low-maintenance and renewable, making it a favored choice for environmentally conscious applications and products.

ES fiber is produced by composite spinning technology with sheath-core structure, sheath is PE, and core is PET or PP. During heat processing, sheath components are melted and adhered to stick fiber together, but core will be there to keep good resilience and shaping.
It's used for nonwoven fabric, applied to medical (facial mask), hygiene products (baby diaper, women sanitary napkins, filter industry, etc.
Coconut fiber is obtained from the fibrous husk (mesocarp) of the coconut (Cocos nucifera) from the coconut palm, which belongs to the palm family (Palmae).
Coconut fiber has a high lignin content and thus a low cellulose content, as a result of which it is resilient, strong and highly durable. The remarkable lightness of the fibers is due to the cavities arising from the dried out sieve cells.site
Coconut fiber is the only fruit fiber usable in the textile industry. Coir is obtained by retting for up to 10 months in water followed by sun-drying. Once dry, the fiber is graded into bristle fiber (combed, approx. 20- 40 cm long) and mattress fiber (random fibers, approx. 2 10 cm long).
