Magnesia Bricks Description
Magnesia Bricks are alkaline refractory materials. These products have over 90% magnesium oxide content and adopt periclase as the principal crystalline phase. Magnesia Bricks can be divided into two categories of Burnt Magnesia Bricks and Chemical Bonded Magnesite Brick. They have excellent performance of superior high temperature mechanical strength and volume stability. Magnesia Bricks can service in the high temperature of 1750.. They are ideal products for glass furnace application.

Burnt Magnesia Bricks are manufactured with magnesite clinker as the raw material and fired in the high temperature of 1550~1600 after smashing, burdening, mulling and molding. High-purity products can be fired in the temperature that over 1750. Chemical bonded magnesite brick is produced with certain chemical bonding through mixing, molding and drying.

Product Description :
Bitumen is widely used in the construction of asphalt roads and bituminous membrane products. Bitumen is commonly used to build highways, motorways and rail networks. Bitumen has excellent water-proofing properties and is widely used for making roofing products along with a range of other household and industrial applications, from emulsion paints to sound-proofing. Penetration Bitumen and Bitumen Emulsions are used for the construction of railway tracks and by using special types of bitumen such as Polymer Modified Bitumen, the vibration and noise levels are reduced due to a dampening effect. Bitumen has been proven to be effective on both high-speed railway tracks and heavy load railway tracks. Bitumen is also used for surfacing airfield runways and air strips (PMB is preffered due to its fuel resistant properties) and taxi ways. For the Marine construction industry bitumen is used for hydraulic applications such as canal lining, underwater tunnels, river bank protection, dam construction and sea defences. Desiccated coconut is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible. There are a number of different styles of desiccated coconut used around the world, and availability of this coconut product varies, depending on the region where one is shopping. If desiccated coconut is not available, regular dried coconut can be used as a replacement, although dried content tends to have higher moisture content, despite the "dried" in the name.

One of the most common forms of desiccated coconut is an unsweetened, very powdery product which is produced by drying shredded coconut and then grinding the shreds. It is also possible to find coarser desiccated coconut, such as desiccated shreds and even flakes of coconut. Many producers also make sweetened versions. The label should clearly specify whether or not the coconut has been sweetened.

Desiccated Coconut Powder is obtained by drying ground or shredded coconut kernel after the removal of brown testa. It finds extensive use in confectioneries, puddings and many other food preparations as a substitute to raw grated coconut.

Calcined Clay or Refractory clay is obtained by Calcining (heating) superior-grade Clay at high temperatures (from 850o C to 1600o C).

This removes moisture and volatiles which thereby increases the Alumina content.

Compared to an Alumina content of about 30% to 40% in raw Clay, Calcined Clay has an Alumina content of 40% to 60%.

The Calcination is carried out in Rotary Kilns at different temperatures ranging from 850o C to 1600o C depending upon the customer's application.
