Heat-treated and internally hardened for high durability; available in various materials to meet a wide range of applications; standard one or two-piece configuration, with designs available for pressure of 5000psi(35.1mpa), 7500psi(52.7mpa), and 10000psi(70.3mpa); discharge connections available on each side; suction connections on each side or front center.
Material is 35crmoa or 40crmonn alloy forged steel. To get better fiber texture, we use electric stove for second forging, or deoxidation treatment. It is forged from three directions and the forging ratio is not less than 4.0:1.0. It can not have crack, impurity, looseness, overburns, etc. And weld is not allowed. It should be confirming to the stipulation of jb/tq252-81, and should be checked by grade3 after quenching the rough module will be rough processed, then the hull hardness is hb285-330.

The two1:6(1:12) taper hole rolling treatments are checked by ring gage. Its contact area has continuous distribution on the circumference. The contact area is not less than 75% .The line of intersection of all cylindrical surface of the hull are facetted obtuse angle by hand or grinding wheel ,forming a circumference R8.Test pressure is 49Mpa, keep pressure 1 hour, pressure can not be reduced. Finished products have crack detection report.

Submerged pump [1] is a positive pressure conveying vertical pump, which can effectively solve the problem of air resistance and cavitation. The explosion-proof level of the conveyed material determines the submerged pump products with different structure, working principle, classification, scope of application, product advantages and disadvantages and mode of operation, which can be simply divided into two categories of traditional submerged pumps (explosion-proof outside the tank 1 area, 0 area inside the tank is not explosion-proof) and new type of submerged pumps (explosion-proof outside the tank 1 area, explosion-proof inside the tank 0 area).
Submerged pumps are vertical pumps in which the impeller, pump body, and other flow-through parts are submerged in the material being conveyed, and are connected to the motor by a shaft. Submerged pumps are made according to the different needs of reaching into the length of the container. Submerged pump and material contact parts, generally according to the requirements of the material selection, metal and non-metallic materials. Such as 304, 316, 316L, engineering plastics, fluorine plastic and so on.
Diaphragm pumps are designed to protect columns and cylinders by separating the liquid being pumped from the columns and cylinders with the aid of a membrane. The left side of the diaphragm in contact with the liquid are made of corrosion-resistant materials or coated with a layer of corrosion-resistant substances; the right side of the diaphragm is filled with water or oil.
Diaphragm pumps, also known as control pumps, is the main type of actuator, by accepting the control signal output from the regulator control unit, with the help of power operation to change the fluid flow. Diaphragm pump in the control process is to accept the regulator or computer control signals, change the flow of the regulated medium, so that the regulated parameters are maintained in the required range, so as to achieve the automation of the production process. If the automatic adjustment system compared with the artificial adjustment process, the detection unit is the human eye, regulation and control unit is the human brain, then the implementation of the unit - diaphragm pump is the human hand and foot. To achieve the process of a parameter such as temperature, pressure, flow, level and other regulatory control, are inseparable from the diaphragm pump.

Model pz-9 mud pump is a horizontal triplex single acting piston pump which has the advanced structure and small in size. It has the reliable performance, good exchangeability, easy maintenance.
The pump consists of two main sections: power end & fluid end. Power end includes pump case pinion shaft, crankshaft, back cover, connection rod, crosshead etc.
Fluid end includes valve pot assembly, valves, cylinder liners, pistons, discharge manifold and suction manifold, etc.
