Product Description


1.Stem-guided Valves& Cross-arms Seats

Stem-guided valve and cross-arms seat features an extra wide metal to metal seal on the valve flange. The serrated upper surface on the valve gives a longer non breathing seal between valve body and insert while the rigid seat cross-arms give greater strength and positibe sealing.



2.Three-wing valves and full open seats.

Three-wing guided valves and full open seats features greater fluid flow than four wing valves, the unibody forged valve features greater strength than traditional welded wing valve. Innovative unibody valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation.



3.Double angle O-ring valve

The Double angle O-ring valve is made with a tough one-piece body to run more hours between change outs. Its made with carburized premium alloy steel to resist wear, provide a positive seal, and help protect against wash out or damage to the pump.

The valve assembly is the key component of the hydraulic end of the mud pump. It has a high working frequency and great impact. Its quality directly affects the service life of the hydraulic cylinder and it is the main vulnerable part of the mud pump. The assembly consists of the body assembly and the seat. The assembly may be divided into a through-hole valve, a three-seat valve, and a four-seat valve, according to the internal bore form of the seat. The valve body and seat of the valve assembly are carburized and hardened by 20CrMnTi of high quality bonded steel. The surface hardness is greater than HRC60. The rubber is made of polyurethane, which greatly improves the overall service life of the valve assembly and the effective service time is over 300 hours. Valve body assembly is composed of valve body, valve rubber, valve nut, guide frame, gland, spring, steel ball, etc. And the assembly acts to control the mud intake and discharge in the tank. F-1600 uses API 7#, F-500 pumps use API 5#, F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps use API 6#.

The advantage of ceramic liners are as follow:
1. the ceramic liners can not only adapted to same tough environment such as deep oil reservior, hard stratum and severe earthless, but also can be used for offshore oil and natural gas exploration.
2. Compared with Bi-Metal liner, the serivice life of the ceramic liner is 5-10times higher, its maximum and minimum service life can reach more thna 4000 and 2000 hours respectively.
3. the Zirconia ceramic liner with have used the phase transformation toughen technology has various advantages such as wear-resistance, erosion-resistance, hight-pressure-resistance, high strength and high hardness.
4. the cost of shipment, maintaince, labor and storage in the drilling works can be reduced.
5. Compare with the Alumina liners, the zirconia liner have better toughness properties and longer service life, it can also reduce piston wear and water comsumption for lubrication.
