Product Description :
Bitumen is widely used in the construction of asphalt roads and bituminous membrane products. Bitumen is commonly used to build highways, motorways and rail networks. Bitumen has excellent water-proofing properties and is widely used for making roofing products along with a range of other household and industrial applications, from emulsion paints to sound-proofing. Penetration Bitumen and Bitumen Emulsions are used for the construction of railway tracks and by using special types of bitumen such as Polymer Modified Bitumen, the vibration and noise levels are reduced due to a dampening effect. Bitumen has been proven to be effective on both high-speed railway tracks and heavy load railway tracks. Bitumen is also used for surfacing airfield runways and air strips (PMB is preffered due to its fuel resistant properties) and taxi ways. For the Marine construction industry bitumen is used for hydraulic applications such as canal lining, underwater tunnels, river bank protection, dam construction and sea defences. There are also numerous industrial applications like roofing felt material, printing inks, packaging paper, linoleum, electrical cable / Junction box insulation, mastic for roofing of terraces, and duplex paper manufacture.

This product is a white or yellowish sticky substance, commonly used in detergents and textile industry. Belon to an anionic surfactant.It is easy to dissolve in water, has good compatibility with anions and nonions, and has good emulsification, foaming, penetration, decontamination and dispersion properties. It is widely used in toothpaste, shampoo, shampoo cream, shampoo, washing powder, liquid washing, cosmetics and plastic demoulding, lubrication, pharmaceutical, papermaking, building materials, chemical and other industries.
(1) Used as detergent and textile auxiliaries, also used as toothpaste foaming agent, mine fire extinguishing agent, emulsion polymerization emulsifier, wool detergent, etc.
(2) Used as anionic surfactant, emulsifier and foaming agent
(Use 3) GB 2760-96 stipulates that it is a processing aid for food industry. Blowing agent; emulsifier; anionic surfactant. Used for cake, beverage, egg white, fresh fruit, fruit juice beverage, edible oil, etc.

Storage
NPS(SPS) is not combustible but assists combustion materials due to release of oxygen.Provided it is stored under appropriate condition.It must be stored dry in closed containers and protected from direct sunlight,heat and humidity.Impurities such as dirt,rust or traces of metal and reductants may cause catalytic decomposition.The product as supplied or in solution needs to be handled with appropriate care.The eye,skin and clothes must be protected when working with NPS(SPS) as damp powder or aqueous solution has a bleaching and slightly corroding effect.

Powerful lubricating cum penetrating agent with binding property for Linen and polyester yarns for direct warp and sectional warp. The primary purpose of the product is to increase the abrasion resistance of sized warp yarn. Wax and tallow base softeners and lubricants are hydrophobic in nature. Angelube-CE100 contains 100% hydrophilic heads. Its provides penetrating power and also cold water soluble. Its easy biodegradable and not affect the binding property of the size mix. When use tallow and wax in storage it wont spread out evenly in size mix. It causes formation of uneven film property in yarn. This is the main reason for the weaving efficiency fluctuation. Not like that Angelube-CE100 has fully emulsifying property and its act as excellent leveling agent. It provides even film property to whole size mix. It directly reduce warp breakages and improve productivity in fabric formation.

Eco-friendly low viscosity modified starch suitable for cotton, viscose, acrylic and blends with polyester and other warp yarn sizing. Its excellent penetrating & film forming property plays an important role in the protection of yarn, it gives highest weaving efficiency on all types of shuttle less loom .
