â?¢ STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP)
1. Buyer submits LOI and CIS/KYC
2. Seller issues the SCO/FCO
3. Buyer signs and returns SCO/FCO together with an ICPO and a BCL or MT199 RWA.
4. Seller issues the Draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA).
5. Both parties signs and execute the SPA.
6. The Buyerâ??s Bank issues the operative MT700 DLC to the Seller's nominated bank within the agreed timeframe.
7. Upon confirmation and acceptance of the operative DLC cargo loading commences.
8. The Seller presents the complete set of original shipping documents through the banking channel and the payment is executed at sight.
