DESCRIPTION
CC-102 Concrete Hardener is a clear high performance waterborne liquid which being
applied to the floor and absorbed into the concrete pores and reacts with the calcium salts effectively making the concrete surface denser and considerably less porous.

APPLICATIONS
Suitable for improving the quality of concrete floors in factories, warehouse and any other
area where hard non-dusting floors are important.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces should not have had previous treatments. They should be firm and free from oil,
dirt, dust etc. Weak spots should be cut out and filled with CEMCRETEâ??S FLOOR
PATCHING. All surfaces to be dry at time of application.

MIXING AND APPLICATION
Shake or roll drum to thoroughly mix contents. Apply HARDENER to the dry surface using a soft household broom or paint roller. Application should be liberal but it is advisable to brush away unabsorbed pools immediately to avoid the HARDENER forming glassy layers. Allow one day between coats. Two coats are usually sufficient, but a third might be required if the concrete is very porous

SPECIMEN FINISH
A trial area should be treated on site for the Engineerâ??s or Architectâ??s approval.

COVERAGE
Depends upon the suction and texture of the surface.
Approximately 6m2 / litre/coat.

Surface preparation:
Concrete substrate shall be dry, sound, clean and uncontaminated.
All loose particles, curing compound, shuttering oil, debris etc shall be removed.
Temperature Condition: Ambient temperature shall be between 10 and 50 °C

Application:
CC-401 is applied at 4 - 6 m2/ltr depending on substrate porosity and allowed to cure for 2 to 4 hours at 25 °C before over-coating with Rockflex systems Cleaning: Clean the tools with water immediately after use.

Packing and Storage
CC-401 is available in 20 ltr pack and it shall be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per manufacturers recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product shall be stored in cooled ambience. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the reduction of shelflife.

The ink floats in water after the film dissvoled and becomes active after coating or spraying the activator. Dip the substrate into the water to be printed with the floating ink then the pattern will curve the substrate well by water pressure. In the end, rinse off the remaining residue and dry and apply clear coat on the printed substrate to get finished product.
