Hollow Section steel Tube is the general name for the steel pipe other than thecircular steel pipe. Such as square, rectangle, oval,elliptical, cone, trapezoidal, spiral, etc. Different steel pipe can more adapt to the particularity of use conditions, save metal and improve the labor productivity of parts manufacturing. It is widely used in aviation, automobile, shipbuilding, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, construction, light textile and boiler manufacturing. The methods of producing different pipes are cold pulling, electric welding, extrusion and hot rolling, etc. Compared with the round tube, the different tubes generally have a larger moment of inertia and cross section modulus, and have a large bending resistance and torsion resistance, which can greatly reduce the structural weight and save steel.
Welded hollow tubes, ERW hollow sections, black steel square and rectangular tubes, black round pipes, pre-galvanized steel pipes, the sizes can be provided according to customer's requirement.
A series of studs are welded on the surface of the steel pipe by the studded tube automatic welding machine to strengthen the heat exchange components, which is characterized by:
1. The square circumference is welded equally;
2. The hexagonal circumference is welded equally.
Compared with the traditional studded tube manufacturing process, the square and hexagonal studded tubes strengthen the heat exchange elements, which are formed by welding at one time. The phenomenon that the welding stud falls off after the welding is forced to stretch by tooling in the past has been changed, so that the studded tubes are welded more firmly and the welding stud is not easy to fall off. The welding studs, diameter, length, longitudinal spacing, number of circumferential welding stud and angle of inclination of welding stud are all factors affecting heat transfer of studded tubes. Therefore, it must be considered systematically to be more practical. The square and hexagonal circumferential welding and stud shaped tubes are used to arrange the welding and stud shaped tubes equally, which have a larger expansion surface, and the stud shaped tubes have a disturbing effect on the fluid, which can greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient, especially suitable for the enhanced heat transfer of high viscosity oil products, heavy oil and other medium.
