Our graphite products are high-quality industrial materials made from premium raw graphite. Due to their unique structure, they possess numerous excellent properties, including high-temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, electrical conductivity, lubricity, chemical stability, and plasticity. They are indispensable strategic resources for modern industries and advanced technologies.
Product Range & Characteristics:
1. High-Purity Graphite & Graphite Rod:
High-purity graphite refers to graphite with a carbon content of >99.99%, featuring high strength and ease of precision machining. Graphite rods (electrodes) are designed for long-term use, with diameters ranging from 3mm to 175mm and lengths from 300mm to 1600mm. Both offer excellent self-lubrication, low ash content, good chemical corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, and adequate mechanical strength.
2. Isostatic Graphite:
Our durable isostatic graphite is mainly made from high-quality petroleum coke. It features uniform particle size, good quality stability, uniform and dense structure, strong oxidation resistance, and good isotropy. It is easily processed into various complex geometric shapes. Additionally, our wear-resistant carbon and graphite products have a relatively low thermal expansion coefficient and low friction coefficient, making them suitable for chemical production and mechanical applications without lubricants.
3. Graphite Felt (Soft & Hard Felt):
Graphite felt features 100% artificial silk fiber matrix, ensuring uniform thickness and excellent insulation performance.
Graphite Soft Felt: Treatment temperature >2650°C, ash content <5 ppm, high purity, low thermal conductivity, and excellent surface properties (smooth, flat, without pits).
Graphite Hard Felt: Treatment temperature approx. 2250°C, ash content <20 ppm, low shrinkage rate, and low volatile substance release.
Technical Indicators (Carbon Felt): Standard thickness is 5mm or 10mm, width is 1200mm, density is 0.09, and sublimation temperature is 3600°C.
Application Fields:
Widely used in metallurgical furnaces, chemical industries, electronics, semiconductor technology, energy storage equipment, and military industries. Specific applications include electric heating elements, structural casting molds, crucibles for smelting high-purity metals, single crystal furnaces, electro-discharge machining, sintering molds, high-end thermal insulation fields, and wear-resistant lubrication.
