Guar Gum is derived from the ground endosperm of the guar plant, Cyanmopsis tetragonolobus belonging to the family Leguminosae. The guar plant is mainly grown in India and Pakistan from the month of July to December. Availibility and pricing are depending very much on the quality of the monsoon during this period.

NIGERIA is the leading producer of Gum Arabic in West Africa. As well, it is the second largest world producer/exporter of Gum Arabic after Sudan. GumArabic (acacia senegalis) is a perennial tree found growing wild in large commercial quantity in the northern parts of Nigeria. However, when cultivated it takes about 5years to mature.
Gum arabic is a leguminous tree species that is well adapted to sudan and sahelian agro-ecology of Africa and it produces a natural gum made of hardened sap mostly taken from three species of the acacia tree; Acacia senegal (Grade 1), Acacia seyal(Grade 2) and Combretum though the major Acacia utilized for commercial Gum Arabic production in Nigeria are Acacia Senegal and Acacia seyal.

What is Xanthan Gum? The Ultimate Food & Industrial Stabilizer Guide
The Science of Stability: Why Xanthan Gum is Indispensable to Modern Manufacturing
Look at the ingredient label of your favorite salad dressing, a premium gluten-free bakery mix, or even a heavy-duty bottle of automotive polish. Chances are high that you will spot a hardworking hydrocolloid (a substance that forms a gel with water) near the bottom: Xanthan Gum.
Despite its complex-sounding chemical name, Xanthan Gum is a naturally derived ingredient that has fundamentally revolutionized how modern product formulators handle texture, fluid mechanics, and long-term emulsion shelf life. For food processors and industrial manufacturing leads looking to scale production, understanding how to secure and utilize this versatile polymer is key to product success.
What is Xanthan Gum and How is it Made?
Xanthan Gum is a high-molecular-weight polysaccharide. It is produced through the aerobic fermentation of simple carbohydrates (typically glucose or sucrose derived from corn, soy, or wheat) using a specific bacterium called Xanthomonas campestris.
Once the fermentation process is complete, the resulting broth is purified, precipitated using alcohol, dried, and ground into a fine, highly soluble powder.
When added to liquid formulations even in microscopic quantities often under 1% by weight it completely transforms fluid behavior, creating incredible thickness and reliable suspension properties.

Guar gum is a fiber from the seed of the guar plant.
Guar gum is used as a laxative. It is also used for treating diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), obesity, and diabetes; for reducing cholesterol; and for preventing “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis).
In foods and beverages, guar gum is used as a thickening, stabilizing, suspending, and binding agent.
In manufacturing, guar gum is used as a binding agent in tablets, and as a thickening agent in lotions and creams.
How does it work?
Guar gum is a fiber that normalizes the moisture content of the stool, absorbing excess liquid in diarrhea, and softening the stool in constipation. It also might help decrease the amount of cholesterol and glucose that is absorbed in the stomach and intestines.
There is some interest in using guar gum for weight loss because it expands in the intestine, causing a sense of fullness. This may decrease appetite.
USES:
Diarrhea. Adding guar gum to the tube feeding formula given to critical care patients may shorten episodes of diarrhea from about 30 days to about 8 days.
High cholesterol. Taking guar gum seems to lower cholesterol levels in people with high cholesterol. Guar gum and pectin, taken with small amounts of insoluble fiber, also lower total and “bad” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, but don't affect “good” high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol or other blood fats called triglycerides.
Diabetes. Taking guar gum with meals seems to lower blood sugar after meals in people with diabetes. By slowing stomach emptying, guar gum may also lessen after-meal drops in blood pressure that occur frequently in people with diabetes.
Constipation.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

What is Xanthan Gum?
Xanthan gum is a popular food additive that's commonly added to foods as a thickener or stabilizer.Though Xanthan gum sounds like it was created in a science lab, it's an entirely natural product. Made from fermented corn sugar that has been broken down by a plant bacteria called Xanthomonas campestris, the remaining residue is then dried and turned into a powder known as the food additive xanthan gum.
Xanthan gum has become a vital ingredient in gluten free baking. It helps goods made from gluten-free flours like almond flour and buckwheat flour bind together and develops elasticity-a job commonly completed by gluten. For individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, this ingredient plays a vital role in recreating traditionally gluten-full treats sans gluten.
These binding properties create goods with similar textures that hold together during the baking process. Many gluten free recipes don't bind well without xanthan gum and result in baked goods that crumble. Xanthan gum recreates gluten's stickiness while ensuring that the recipe remains gluten free. When xanthan gum powder is added to a liquid, it quickly disperses and creates a viscous and stable solution. This makes it a great thickening, suspending and stabilizing agent for many products.
Xanthan gum description:
Xanthan gum is an extracellular acidic heteropolysaccharide produced by the fermentation of xanthomonas campestris bacterium. Made from corn starch and other carbohydrates through the processes of cluturing, extracting, evaporating and grinding, it is widely used in industries such as food, oil, ming and textile.
Function:
Widely used as salt/acid resistant thickener, high efficient suspension agent and emulsifier, high viscosity filling agent in
various food and beverage. It can not only enhance the performance of water-keeping and shape-keeping, but also improve the freeze/thaw stability and taste of food and beverage products.
Guar Gum is extracted from the seeds of the guar plant (also known as cluster beans). The seeds are processed to separate the endosperm, which is then ground into a fine, off-white powder. Because it is highly effective at absorbing water and creating viscosity, it is widely used as a thickening and stabilizing agent in foods (like ice cream, sauces, and baked goods) as well as in various industrial applications.
We are a exporter of guar meal products like guar meal korma and guar meal churi which is a cattle feed product known for its protein content.
Guar meal is the high-protein byproduct left over after extracting the guar gum (endosperm) from the seeds.
It is primarily processed into two commercial forms used as nutritious animal feed:
Guar Korma: Granular or small pieces consisting mainly of the protein-rich germ portion of the seed.
Guar Churi: A finer, powdery mixture made largely from the seed coats (hulls).
Because it contains up to 40% to 50% crude protein, it is highly valued as a cost-effective alternative to soybean meal for poultry, cattle, and fish feed.
