General Information:
CMAX Ceramic fiber blanket is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-size needling provides blanket with great tensile or handling strength for easy installation. Blankets are available in various classified temperature from 1260º C to 1430º C.
CMAX ceramic fiber blanket is resistant to most chemicals attack except hydrofluoric Phosphoric acid and high pH alkali(Na2O or K2O). Its thermal and physical properties can not be affected by oil, steam and water.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
CMAX ceramic fiber boards are manufactured in a wet vacuum forming process by blending the chopped ceramic fiber with inorganic or organic binders for excellent abrasive resistance at high temperature.
CMAX ceramic fiber boards feature low thermal conductivity, high thermal stability and excellent thermal shock resistance.
The products are classified as STD, HP, HA and HZ respectively corresponding to different maximum service temperature 1000ºC, 1100ºC, 1200ºC and 1350ºC.

Products Introduction
Ceramic Fiber Blanket is composed of long flexible, interwoven fibers manufactured by the spun process yielding a strong,lightweight, durable product. This material can be used for applications with temperatures from 1000F (538C) to 2600F (1425C).The product is firm, light and durable.Thermal and physical properties are retained after drying following wetting by oil, steam or water. This ceramic fiber blanket products are completely inorganic, so there are no fumes when heating for the first time.

Ceramic Fiber Bulk

The main raw material are Aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide, which melted in the resistance furnace, after blowing or spun processing, made into the high-performance refractories. The bulk divided into blowing and spun type. The fiber of blowing bulk is short, so it is suitable for processing vacuum moldings, board, paper and so on; the fiber of the spun bulk is long, it is suitable for processing into a variety of high performance and high temperature textiles.
