1) Buyer issue ICPO containing the seller's working procedure and banking details along with company registration certificate, buyer data page of buyer's Passport with buyer's Nominated TSA for refinery verification and approval.
2) Seller issues commercial invoice (C.I.), buyer signs and return commercial invoice along with an acceptance letter.
3) Seller issues a copy of SGS Report to buyer's Tank Farm Company only to verify SGS Report with a Confidentiality & Non-Circumvent letter.
4) Upon confirmation of SGS Report by Buyer's Tank Farm Company, Seller pay two days Tank lease fee to buyer 's Tank Farm and buyer pays three[3] days to same Tank farm but if buyer has an outstanding Previous Tank Storage Receipt{TSR} ,Seller request Change of Name in the TSR to ENERGOREZERV Refinery' as the Supplier
5) Seller issues following POP documents to buyer:
A. Q&Q Report
B. Pre Injection Report(From refinery reservoir to leased tanks)
C. Unconditional Dip test authorization letter (UDTA)
D. Authorization to sell
E. Fresh Update SGS Report
F. Certificate of Origin
G. Authorization to verify physically the product in seller's tank(ATV)
6) Buyer and his testing teams conducts Dip test on the product and injection commence from seller's tank to buyer's tank.
7) Upon completion of injection, seller issues full Injection report to buyer and buyer makes 100% payment via MT103 for the total value of product injected into the tanks.

D6 is also be known as Residual Fuel Oil and is of high-viscosity. This particular fuel oil requires preheating to 220 - 260 Degrees Fahrenheit. D6 is mostly used for generators.

D6 is a type of residual fuel, mainly used in power plants and larger ships. The fuel requires to be preheated before it can be used. It is not possible to use it in smaller engines or vessels/vehicles where it is not possible to pre-heat it. D6 is its name in the USA. In other parts of the world it has other names.

Residual means the material remaining after the more valuable cuts of crude oil have boiled off. The residue may contain various undesirable impurities including 2 percent water and one-half percent mineral soil. D6 fuel is also known as residual fuel oil (RFO), by the Navy specification of Bunker C, or by the Pacific Specification of PS-400

Recent changes in fuel quality regulation now require further refining of the D6 in order to remove the sulfur, which leads to a higher cost. Despite this recent change, D6 is still less useful because of its viscosity as well as that it needs to be pre-heated before it can be used and contains high amounts of pollutants, such as sulfur. Since it requires pre-heating, it cannot be used in small ships or boats or cars. However large ships and power plants can use the residual fuel oil.

The price of D6 diesel traditionally rises during colder months as demand for heating oil rises, which is refined in much the same way.In many parts of the United States and throughout the United Kingdom and Australia, d6 diesel may be priced higher than petrol.

Tank To Tank SGS Procedure FOB ROTTERDAM Port;

1. Buyer sends ICPO & TSA.

2. Seller issues CI to the buyer.

3. Buyer returns signed CI to the seller.

4. Seller issues fresh SGS report of less than 48 hours to buyers Tank Storage company only to verify.

5. Upon a successful verification of the SGS report, the buyer issues TSR to seller.

6. Seller upon receipt of the buyer's fresh Q88/TSR, releases the following POP's:
- Seller's Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with full info including Terminal, Barcodes GPS
- Injection report
- Unconditional UDTA on buyer's name

7. Buyer verifies and confirms POP as above and orders SGS to conduct Dip Test of the product in the seller tank/s.

8. Upon satisfactory result of the dip test, Seller's storage company issue to buyer, the Notice of Readiness (NOR) to inject the product into buyer's Tanks.

9. Buyer makes available the Tanks for the injection process to commence as schedule. Seller signs NCNDA/IMFPA.

10. After Successful injection, Buyer pays total cost of the product via MT 103, T/T wire as agreed.

11. Seller transfers to the Buyer TITLE OF OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE and all other export documents.

12. Seller pays all the intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly contract shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
