The isobaric filling machine is used for the bottling of any type of carbonated beverage, such as sparkling wines, beer, sparkling water.
Its construction is completely in AISI 304 steel to guarantee the highest bottling quality.
Available in different models and versions: 2 - 3 - 4 valves: bottle capacity from 20 cl to 6 liters. The actual capacity depending on the specific model, type of product to be filled ranges from 100 to 200 bottles per hour.
The bottles are lifted by pneumatic pistons with semi-automatic control. All parts in contact with the product are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.
Unbreakable front shields made of transparent plastic and stainless steel guards between the bottles ensure maximum operator safety.
Filling valve tip is equipped with a product outlet valve at the rear, which, in addition to the inclined position of the bottle, reduces foaming. The level is adjusted by means of Teflon spacers.
The machine requires simple annual maintenance ( varying according to working hours) indicated in the instruction manual with replacement of the main seals of major wear. For this reason it is a very simple and durable machine , with great performance in terms of production.
