It manufactures Natural Filler, using micro particles of natural, surface-coated, fine and easy to disperse natural-hydrated magnesium silicate talc mineral with special dispersion additives and carrier resins.

LYPA-208C is a special silicone polymer dispersed in LDPE, It is widely used as an efficient lubricant in XLPE cable compounds . When the dosage at 0.1 to 1.0%, it can improve the processing properties including better mold release, reduced extrusion torque , less die drool ; at a higher loading at 1-5%, It can enhance surface quality such as more slip, lower COF, improve abrasion resistanc....etc

How to use
Addition levels between 0.2~5.0% is suggested . It can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended . For better result , pre-drying is recommend for 1 hour at 70-75
