LYSI-04N is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight active ingredient dispersed in HDPE. It
overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the
resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Obvious lower the coefficient of friction, improve surface smoothness, gloss, enhance the surface silk texture, scratch and

Silicone powder LYSI-100A is a powdered formulation with 55% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer and 45% silica . It is recommend to be used as processing aids in various thermoplastic formulations such as halogen free flame retardant wire&cable compounds , PVC compounds , engineering compounds, pipes, plastic/filler masterbatches..etc .
