Baobab oil is derived from the seeds of the baobab tree, which is sustainably harvested by local communities in Kenya where these ancient trees thrive. The farming process is eco-friendly, as baobab trees grow in the wild, requiring minimal intervention, and their fruit falls naturally when ripe, reducing the need for intensive cultivation.
After harvesting, the seeds are carefully extracted from the baobab fruit pulp, cleaned, and cold-pressed to retain the oils essential nutrients, vitamins (A, D, E, F), and antioxidants. This cold-pressing process ensures that the oil retains its purity, lightweight texture, and beneficial properties for skincare, haircare, and wellness applications.
For packaging, we offer a variety of options to suit wholesale needs. Baobab oil is available in small containers such as 5L, 10L, and 20L plastic jerrycans for smaller orders, as well as in 200L steel drums, 1,000L Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), and flexitanks that hold up to 24 metric tons for large-scale buyers. Each packaging option is designed to maintain the oil's freshness and protect it from contamination or exposure during storage and transport.
Shipping is arranged through secure and reliable logistics partners, ensuring temperature-controlled conditions where necessary, and timely deliveries regardless of the destination. We offer global shipping solutions, with tracking and custom documentation to ensure smooth transit and delivery of baobab oil in perfect condition, tailored to your supply chain needs.
