The primary cattle breeds we work with are Angus, Brangus, Brahman, Charolais, Corrientes, along with cross bread of the same, to mention a few. The cattle origin can/will come from either the United States or Latin America (specifically Mexico, Argentina, Brazil) and/or Australia, Oceania. They are mostly pasture raised.
