Fe3al filter element
Product material and specifications
1. This filter element is formed by isostatic pressure and vacuum sinter. In order to get high filtration precision and permeability at the same time, composite structure is designed, one is supporting layer with high intensity, big pore and low resistance drop. The other is membrane layer with small pore and low resistance drop.
2. Two layers are all fe3al, so there is good bond strength after vacuum sinter.
3. Maximum length is 1500mm, a longer one can get with weld.
4. Widely used in coal chemical industry because of its good sulfur corrosion resistance
Main performance indicators
1. Filtering accuracy 0.3-3m
2. Heat resistance: it can be used under 700 for long term:
3. Corrosion resistance: the product has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and resistance to sulfur corrosion.
