Sintered titanium powder filter with a flange connector is a kind of porous filter element which is made of industrial high-purity titanium, after sieving, cooling and isostatic pressing, and then sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. It has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high strength, easy to ensure filtration accuracy, and easy regeneration. It is suitable for the filtration of various corrosive media, such as hydroxide, seawater, aqua regia and the filtration of chloride solutions such as iron, copper, and sodium.

Packing and Delivery:
In order to protect them from rubbing,make them wrapped with plastic bags respectively. kraft paper is used to fasten the plates together,protect them from scattering. Putting the foam in the wooden cartoon to protect them better while shipping. Finally put the goods into wooden cases.

Titanium powder sintered filter disc is made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity 99.6%) as raw material, which is formed by rolling the powder and then sintering at high temperature and high vacuum. There is no need to add any binder during rolling. Because the raw material is high-quality titanium powder, the titanium powder sintered filter has a uniform structure, a porosity between 30% and 40%, a filtration accuracy of 0.22 microns to 100 microns, and high separation and purification efficiency. High temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
The sintered products are laser cut or lathe cut according to the size and style required by customers. The main shapes are: round, square, hexagonal and special-shaped pieces.
