Customized Titanium Powder Sintered Filter Disc

Titanium powder sintered filter disc is made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity 99.6%) as raw material, which is formed by rolling the powder and then sintering at high temperature and high vacuum. There is no need to add any binder during rolling. Because the raw material is high-quality titanium powder, the titanium powder sintered filter has a uniform structure, a porosity between 30% and 40%, a filtration accuracy of 0.22 microns to 100 microns, and high separation and purification efficiency. High temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
The sintered products are laser cut or lathe cut according to the size and style required by customers. The main shapes are: round, square, hexagonal and special-shaped pieces.
