Anthracite Coal

The highest rank of coal. It is a hard, brittle, and black lustrous coal, often referred to as hard coal, containing a high percentage of fixed carbon and a low percentage of volatile matter.

The principal use of anthracite today is for domestic fuel in either hand-fired stoves or automatic stoker furnaces. It delivers high energy per its weight and burns cleanly with little soot, making it ideal for this purpose. Its high value makes it prohibitively expensive for power plant use.

Due to fewer impurities and the highest calorific value, the global demand for anthracite has increased, increasing the anthracite mining market. Compared with other coal types, anthracite has less residue and impurities after combustion, and the flue gas is negligible, making it an efficient fuel.

Avocado Fuerte

Fuerte Avocado The Fuerte avocado is often recognized as the archetypal avocado, green in color, pear-like in shape, and ranging from six to twelve ounces in size. It has smooth, medium-thin skin that peels easily, with dense, pale green flesh. It is marginally oily with a rich, creamy flavor and notes of hazelnut, and it is still considered by many to be the best-tasting avocado.

The Fuerte avocado tree is large and spreading, one of the more cold-hardy varieties and the leaves have a strong anise smell when crushed. The fruit set of the tree is irregular, as some trees never seem to have much fruit while others are productive, and it has a tendency to alternate in bearing, producing an adequate crop every other year, depending on the weather at setting time, along with other factors.

The name Fuerte, meaning strong or hardy in Spanish, was given to this variety because it survived the great freeze of 1913 in Los Angeles, California.

Fuerte Avocados are medium in size, long-shaped fruit with green, leathery, easy-to-peel skin. Eat fresh or make guacamole, as Fuerte have a nice creamy and delicious flavor. Avocado trees are subtropical plants and have large leaves.

Beet Sugar

White table sugar comes from either sugarcane or sugar beet and is usually sold without its plant source clearly identified. This is because chemically speaking the two products are identical.

Refined table sugar is pure, crystallized sucrose, much in the same way that pure salt is simply sodium chloride. Sucrose is found naturally in honey, dates and sugar maple sap, but is most concentrated in sugarcane and sugar beet.

The refining process renders the original plant irrelevant as the sucrose is completely extracted from the plant that produced it.

Sugar beets are grown in climates that are too cold for sugarcane. The low sugar content of the beets makes growing them a marginal proposition unless prices are relatively high. In 2000 Russia, the United States, Germany, France and Turkey were the world's five largest sugar beet producers.

Some people use betel nut as a recreational drug because it speeds up the central nervous system (CNS).

The seed is separated from the outer layer of the fruit and may be used fresh, dried, boiled, baked, roasted or cured. The most common method of using betel nut is to slice it into thin strips and roll it in a betel leaf with slaked lime (powder) or crushed seashells. Cashew Kernel

The cashew tree is a tropical evergreen tree native to South America in the genus Anacardium that produces the cashew seed and the cashew apple accessory fruit. The tree can grow as tall as 14 meters, but the dwarf cultivars, growing up to 6 m, prove more profitable, with earlier maturity and greater yields.

The cashew seed is commonly considered a snack nut (cashew nut) eaten on its own, used in recipes, or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. Like the tree, the nut is often simply called cashew.

Cashew Kernel (or: raw cashew kernels, cashew kernels, cashew kernal) is the name of the raw cashew nuts after going through the processing of cashew nuts. After peeling hard and corrosive shell outside, the cashew kernel is revealed.

Cashew kernels are usually not eaten raw but cooked or roasted. Used in desserts and also some curries, the roasted kernels are usually eaten as a snack.

Cashew Shell

It is estimated that one ton of dry cashews can give 250-300 kilos of cashew nuts and 700-750 kilos of cashew nut shells from which 154 kilos of cashew oil can be produced.

Cashew oil is an important material in many industries. It is used to make high-quality adhesive materials, binder for seagoing vessels paint, and laminated and heat-resistant materials. It can also be used in the electrical and electronic industries.

Most companies focus on making cashew oil semi-finished products, or Cardanol oil essence. Though Carnadol has high value, companies still focus on making cashew nut or shell oil because Carnadol has a short expiry date, while the investment rate and the risks are high. Cashew nut shells, considered rubbish by many people, turn out to be a material which may create a market worth hundreds of millions of dollars a year.

Cocoa Powder

Cocoa powder, an unsweetened chocolate product, adds deep chocolate flavor to desserts and beverages. Cocoa powder occurs when the fat, called cocoa butter, gets removed from the cacao beans during processing. The leftover dried solids get ground into the product sold as cocoa powder.

Pure ground cocoa powder has a pH level between 5.3 and 5.8, putting it on the acidic end of the scale. The natural cocoa powder produced with the Broma process retains the natural pH level.

It tends to be more intensely flavored, and a lighter, almost reddish-brown color.

The Dutch process (sometimes called "Dutching") bathes the cocoa beans in an alkaline solution, producing a darker brown cocoa powder with a chemically neutral pH of between 6.8 and 8.1, resulting in a more mellow flavor. Dutching also reduces the antioxidant properties of cocoa.

We can supply pure or alkalized cocoa powder from our affiliated factories around the world.

Coconut Sugar

Coconut sugar, sometimes called coconut palm sugar, comes from the sap of the coconut palm tree not the coconuts. Harvesters tap coconut palm sap by cutting into the tree's flower-bud stem to access its nectar.

Producers mix the sap with water, boil it into a syrup, and allow it to dry and crystallize. Afterward, they break the dried sap apart to create sugar granules that resemble regular table or cane sugar.

Coconut sugar retains many nutrients found in the coconut palm mostly iron, zinc, calcium and potassium.

These nutrients can support the body in numerous ways, but coconut sugar does not contain enough of them per serving to offer a measurable benefit.

Coconut sugar also contains the soluble fiber inulin which is linked to a lower risk of blood sugar spikes.

Available from Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Thailand.

Roasted Coffee Beans

Coffee roasting is a heating process that brings out the aroma and flavor locked inside a green coffee seed, which has a mild, grassy taste on its own, and turns the beans brown.

The flavor profile of a bean\'s roast level will depend on the varietal and geographic location of that bean as well as the roasting method.

Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee beans into roasted coffee products. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic flavor of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to change in taste. Unroasted beans contain similar if not higher levels of acids, protein, sugars, and caffeine as those that have been roasted, but lack the taste of roasted coffee beans due to the Maillard and other chemical reactions that occur during roasting.

Coffee tends to be roasted close to where it will be consumed, as green coffee is more stable than roasted beans. The vast majority of coffee is roasted commercially on a large scale, but small-scale commercial roasting has grown significantly with the trend toward \"single-origin\" coffees served at specialty shops. Some coffee drinkers even roast coffee at home as a hobby in order to both experiment with the flavor profile of the beans and ensure the freshest possible roasted coffee.

Our own affiliated Wakey brand roasted specialty coffees come in 10%5 Robusta, 100% Arabica and Robusta/Arabica (70:30) mixed in high-quality freshness guaranteed re-sealable sachets and also in bulk. OEM is possible only on a contract basis.

Green coffee beans are the raw seeds of coffee cherries that have been separated or processed and have yet to be roasted. All of a coffee's taste and flavor potential is held within this green seed. This potential is ultimately unleashed through roasting green coffee.

Many artisan coffee roasters, buy the green beans and roast it to perfection themselves to create coffee magic.

Corn (Field Corn)

Field Corn, also known as cow corn is a North American term for maize (Zea mays) grown for livestock fodder (silage and meal), ethanol, cereal and processed food product. The principal field corn varieties are dent corn. A flint incudes blue corn (Zea mays amylacea) and waxy corn.

Field corn is primarily grown for livestock feed and ethanol production is allowed to mature fully before being shelled off the cob and being stored in silos, pits, bins, or grain "flats".

Field corn can also be harvested as high-moisture corn, shelled off the cob and piled and packed like silage for fermentation; or the entire plant may be chopped while still very high in moisture, with the resulting silage either loaded and packed in plastic bags, piled and packed in pits, or blown into and stored in vertical silos.

People may pick ears of field corn when its sugar content has peaked and cook it on the cob or eat it raw. Ears of field corn picked and consumed in this manner are commonly called sweet corn, or "roasting ears" due to the most commonly used method of cooking them.

As common food in many countries, green beans are sold fresh, canned, and frozen. They can be eaten raw or steamed, boiled, stir-fried, or baked. They are commonly cooked in other dishes, such as soups, stews, and casseroles. Green beans can be pickled, similarly to cucumbers.

The snow pea is an edible-pod pea with flat pods and thin pod walls. It is eaten whole, with both the seeds and the pod, while still unripened. Snow peas are a crunchy and delicious vegetable. While they can be eaten raw, they take just minutes to cook.

Snow peas can be grown in open fields during cool seasons and can thus be cultivated during winter and spring seasons. Storage of the pea with films of polymethyl pentene at a temperature of 5 C and a concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide of 5 kPa augments the shelf life, and internal and external characteristics of the plant.

Black Pepper

Black pepper, (Piper nigrum), also called pepper, perennial climbing vine of the family Piperaceae and the hotly pungent spice made from its fruits. Black pepper is native to the Malabar Coast of India and is one of the earliest spices known. Widely used as a spice around the world, pepper also has limited usage in medicine as a carminative (to relieve flatulence) and as a stimulant of gastric secretions.

In early historic times pepper was widely cultivated in the tropics of Southeast Asia, where it became highly regarded as a condiment. Pepper became an important article of overland trade between India and Europe and often served as a medium of exchange; tributes were levied in pepper in ancient Greece and Rome.

White Pepper

White pepper is obtained by removing the dark outer part of the pericarp of the dried peppercorn, and the flavor is less pungent than that of black pepper. The outer coating is softened either by keeping the berries in moist heaps for 2 or 3 days or by keeping them in sacks submerged in running water for 7 to 15 days, depending on the region. The softened outer coating is then removed by washing and rubbing or by trampling, and the berries are spread in the sun to dry. Whole white pepper can also be prepared by grinding off the outer coating mechanically.

Use white pepper to season light-colored dishes like cream sauces, soups, potatoes, pasta, and seafood. White pepper has a pungent flavor so use less than you would black pepper.

White pepper is a good source of flavonoids, vitamin A, and vitamin C. These aid in lowering high blood pressure. Thus, white pepper may help manage blood pressure.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan salt is mined from the Salt Range mountains, the southern edge of a fold-and-thrust belt that underlies the Pothohar Plateau south of the Himalayas in Pakistan.
Himalayan salt comes from a thick layer of Ediacaran to early Cambrian evaporites of the Salt Range Formation. This geological formation consists of crystalline halite intercalated with potash salts, overlain by gypsiferous marl and inter-layered with beds
of gypsum and dolomite with infrequent seams of oil shale that accumulated between 600 and 540 million years ago. These strata and the overlying Cambrian to Eocene sedimentary rocks were thrust southward over younger sedimentary rocks, and eroded to create the Salt Range. The salt, which often has a pinkish tint due to trace minerals, is primarily used as a food additive to replace refined table salt but is also used for cooking and food presentation, decorative lamps and spa treatments.

Himalayan salt is a table salt. Analysis of a range of Khewra salt samples showed them to be between 96% and 99% sodium chloride, with trace presence of calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and sulphate, all at varying safe levels below 1%.

Dried Red Chilli

Sun-drying is the most natural method when it comes to drying the chillies as it requires no preparation. Direct sunlight and heat are the only success factors to ensure a bountiful supply of dried chillies. Fresh chillies are dried under the sun for at least 3 days.

Dried chillies or dried peppers are added into stir-fries, curries and even soups to add some spiciness to the flavour. The usage of dried chillies does not only makes the dish spicy but also provides a stronger taste and colour to the dish compared to fresh chillies.

Dried chillies of certain varieties such as cayenne help to minimise cholesterol, triglyceride levels, and platelet aggregation. They also increase your body's ability to dissolve fibrin, a substance that leads to the formation of blood clots.

Rice

Rice is the staple food of over half the world\'s population. It is the predominant dietary energy source for 17 countries in Asia and the Pacific, 9 countries in North and South America, and 8 countries in Africa. Rice provides 20% of the world\'s dietary energy supply, while wheat supplies 19% and maize (corn) 5%.

The varieties of rice are typically classified as long-, medium-, and short-grained. The grains of long-grain rice (high in amylose) tend to remain intact after cooking; medium-grain rice (high in amylopectin) becomes more sticky. Short-grain rice is used extensively in Japan, including to accompany savory dishes. Short grain rice is often used for rice pudding.

Silica Sand (Quartz Sand)

Silica sand, also known as quartz sand, white sand, or industrial sand, is made up of two main elements: silica and oxygen. Specifically, silica sand is made up of silicon dioxide (SiO2).

The most common form of SiO2 is quartz â?? a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. SiO2 grades at a 7 out of 10 on Mohs hardness scale, making it ideal for use as filtration media and abrasive blasting sands.

Although quartz is often white or colourless, it can come in a wide range of shades. The colour of each sand deposit depends largely on the variety of minerals and rock detritus that make up the resource.

In order to be considered a silica sand the material must contain at least 95% SiO2 and less than 0.6% iron oxide. If the sand does not meet this criteria, it will qualify as whatâ??s often called â??regularâ?? sand.

Regular sand, also known as feldspathic sand, brown sand, or construction sand, will always contain some silica, but only in amounts less than 95%. For example, typical brown sand used for concrete applications can contain up to 80% SiO2, along with varying amounts of iron, carbonate, potassium, and other trace elements/minerals.

Strawberry

The garden strawberry (or simply strawberry; Fragaria ananassa) is a widely grown hybrid species of the genus Fragaria, collectively known as the strawberries, which are cultivated worldwide for their fruit. The fruit is widely appreciated for its characteristic aroma, bright red color, juicy texture, and sweetness.

It is consumed in large quantities, either fresh or in such prepared foods as jam, juice, pies, ice cream, milkshakes, and chocolates. Artificial strawberry flavorings and aromas are also widely used in products such as candy, soap, lip gloss, perfume, and many others.

Strawberries are good for your whole body. They naturally deliver vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols -- without any sodium, fat, or cholesterol. They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity and are a good source of manganese and potassium. Just one serving -- about eight strawberries -- provides more vitamin C than an orange.

Sugar ICUMSA 45

Icumsa 45 sugar, known today as white sugar, is one of the most sought after by sugar importers worldwide, due to its purity and brightness.

The term ICUMSA is an acronym called the International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis, or the International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis in free translation.

As the highest quality sugar available on the market today, ICUMSA 45 sugar has a sparkling white color and is highly refined, suitable for human consumption and use in a wide range of food products.

Due to 99.8% sucrose in its composition, Icumsa sugar has a high purity and can be stored for up to 2 years.

Other types of white sugar include ICUMSA 100 and ICUMSA 150, refined white sugars that lack the clear sparkling appearance of ICUMSA 45, but which are nonetheless still safe for human consumption.

Sugar ICUMSA 100/150

Known today as crystal sugar, ICUMSA 100/150 are widely used in large-scale baking and in the production of drinks and food. Formed by the crystallization process, without chemical refining, crystal sugar serves as a lower cost substitute in relation to Icumsa 45 sugar, known as traditional white sugar, even more because it contains less chemicals in its composition.

Crystal sugar undergoes a clarification process, using sulphitation and chalk. It consists of fine, regular crystals, with high brightness and 99.5% purity, widely used in the production of carbonated drinks, liqueurs, juices, ice cream and sweets in general.

MOQ 25,000MT

Supplied from Brazil

Sugar ICUMSA 600-1200 (Brown Sugar)

Known as brown sugar, Icumsa 600-1200 is 100% raw refined and is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. This sugar is thicker than white sugar, known as Icumsa 45, and its color is brownish. Raw brown sugar from sugar cane, when fully refined, contains about 70% white sugar.

Light brown sugar, sometimes known as Demerara sugar or raw cane sugar, is often used in sauces and in most baked goods. It is a partially processed sugar that retains more of the molasses naturally present.

Dark brown sugar has a deeper color and stronger molasses flavor than light brown sugar - the rich, full flavor makes it ideal for gingerbread, beans, barbecue and other full flavored foods. The crystals are slightly thicker and stickier than normal brown sugar, giving that sugar a sandy texture.

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are technically the fruits of the sunflower plant (Helianthus annuus). The seeds are harvested from the plantâ??s large flower heads, which can measure more than 12 inches (30.5cm) in diameter. A single sunflower head may contain up to 2,000 seeds.

There are two main types of sunflower crops. One type is grown for the seeds you eat, while the other â?? which is the majority farmed â?? is grown for the oil.

The sunflower seeds you eat are encased in inedible black-and-white striped shells, also called hulls. Those used for extracting sunflower oil have solid black shells. Sunflower seeds have a mild, nutty flavor and a firm but tender texture. Theyâ??re often roasted to enhance the flavor, though you can also buy them raw. Studies found that consumption of seeds â?? including sunflower seeds â?? was linked to lower rates of cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Sunflower seeds are a source of many vitamins and minerals that can support your immune system and increase your ability to fight off viruses.

Wooden Tableware

Wooden tableware and kitchenware using sustainable wood is highly sought after in this day and age. This helps reduce the use of plastics which damage the environment. Using sustainable wood also helps stop deforestation.

Blue Silver Tarpaulin

A Polyethylene tarpaulin ("polytarp") is not a traditional fabric, but rather, a laminated of woven and sheet material. The center is loosely woven from strips of Polyethylene plastic, with sheets of the same material bonded to the surface. This creates a fabric-like material that resists stretching well in all directions and is waterproof.

All these Virgin PE Tarpaulin Sheets are widely used for truck covers, transportation, agriculture, industrial, building, etc. The big feature for the tarpaulin is economic, practical, convenient and so on.

Sheets can be either of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE). When treated against ultraviolet light, these tarpaulins can last for years exposed to the elements, but non- UV treated material will quickly become brittle and loose strength and water resistance if exposed to sunlight.

MOQ 20ft Container

Supplied from China, Vietnam, India, Thailand.

Flavored Specialty Teas

Not all teas are made equally. Teas are available in different forms with a wide price range and methods of consumption. Some teas have more aroma than the others, or you might find some teas easier to steep than the others.

Tea leaves are graded differently. The whole leaves and some broken leaves are the ones that are being packaged as specialty teas. Specialty tea is a high-grade premium loose-leaf tea. These are considered as high in quality tea leaves. The whole tea leaf is the type of tea leaf that can be used for multiple infusion and take the longest time to infuse. The broken tea leaves that are large enough are also considered in making specialty tea because it preserves its high quality. In fact, some broken leaf is better than a few whole leaf teas.

Now add natural real flavors, whether fruity or flowery or other, to these specialty teas, and you end with an exquisite tea with natural flavors and colors that can change moods and move hearts.

Vanilla Beans (Vanilla planifolia)

There are over 110 varieties of vanilla orchids. Only one, Vanilla planifolia, produces the fruit responsible for 99 percent of commercial vanilla.

Most often, vanilla beans are processed into vanilla extract, a common ingredient in baked goods and other food recipes.

Whole vanilla beans or their seeds are used in recipes, just not as frequently because of the higher cost. The tiny seeds add texture and the bean has an intense flavor, plus they can add to the beauty of a light-colored dessert. Vanilla beans are simple to prepare. They\'re also often used whole to infuse the natural flavor into sugar, syrups, and beverages.

Walnuts

A walnut is the edible seed of any tree of the genus Juglans (family Juglandaceae), particularly the Persian or English walnut, Juglans regia. The fruits of trees in the (family Juglandaceae) are often confused with drupes. Still, they are accessory fruit because the outer covering of the fruit is technically an involucre and thus not morphologically part of the carpel; this means it cannot be a drupe but is instead a drupe-like nut.

Although culinarily considered a \"nut\" and used as such, it is not a true botanical nut. After full ripening, the shell is discarded, and the kernel is eaten.

Walnuts are rich in heart-healthy fats and are high in antioxidants. What\'s more, regularly eating walnuts may improve brain health and reduce your risk of heart disease and cancer. These nuts are easily incorporated into your diet, as they can be eaten on their own or added to many different foods.
