Acrylonitrile - styrene copolymer. A polymer composed of acrylonitrile and styrene.Typically 15-50% styrene.Transparent solid with yellow to amber needle color.The density of 1.06.It's thermoplastic.Not easy to change color.It is unaffected by diluteacids,bases, alcohols and gasoline.But soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, dichloroethylene and so on.Can be used as
engineering plastics.Excellent heat resistance and solvent resistance.
Application.
1. General grade: cassettes, trash cans, toothbrush handles, lamp covers, pen tube, Cup with cover, cosmetic cases.
2. Special grade: blade of fan, batteries housing, lighters.
3. Refrigerator Sleeves, Miscellaneous
4.Used for pots, cups, milk bottles, etc., with high transparency, safety and resistance to falling

PC + Glass Fiber reinforced (GF)
The glass fiber (GF) reinforced PC have improved tensile / flexural properties as well as thermal resistance. The FR rating
improves with increase in thickness and the material can acquire a UL94 V0 rating at 3 mm.

1) ML series: ML3405 / ML3410 / ML3420 / ML3430 (10-30% GF)
General GF reinforced PC for standard application, they are characterise by balance of stiffness, modulus and impact.
Application: Watch parts, switches and nobs, OA equipment.
2) MH series: MH-3515 / MH-3520 / MH-3530 (10-30% GF)
Special GF reinforcements for optimal balance between modulus and improved weld line performance. MH series also improve warpage
and dimensional stabilities.
Applications: Watch parts, laptop housings, optical devices, mobile accessories, TV frames.
3) MN series: MN-3110 / MH-3120 / MN-3130 (10-30% GF)
MN series are specially formulated for various kinds of housings and cases. They are characterise by superior impact performance,
surface aesthetics and weld line strengths.
Applications: Meter cases, electrical and electronic housings.

ABS has excellent mechanical properties, excellent impact resistance and can be used at extremely low temperatures. ABS has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability and oil resistance, and can be used for bearings under medium loads and speeds. ABS's creep resistance is greater than PSF and PC, but smaller than PA and POM. The flexural and compressive strength of ABS are poor in plastics. The mechanical properties of ABS are greatly influenced by temperature.
