Dohgana Trading is one of the largest exporter of strawberries within South Africa. Across our 40 hectare of production fields, we yield approximately 1500 tons of fresh berries including Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry annually, majority of which is exported to the Middle East and Europe.
Strawberries basically comprise of water (91%) and sugars (7.7%). They contain just minor measures of fat (0.3%) and protein (0.7%).
