Made up of 3 layer of Non-Woven PPSB(polypropylene spunbond) fabric.Each layer is of 25 gsm fabric a total of 75 gsm with.Fully automatic machine made & punched/welded earloops.Also making surgical mask with meltblown filter of 25 gsm.Approx length is 175�±5 mm & breadth 95�±5mm with approx weight of 3grams. Also available in tie on loops.BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency):- Moderate and high protection masks have bacterial filtration rates greater than 99%. ASTM F2100 specifies testing used with a droplet size of 3.0 microns containing Staph.PFE (Particulate Filtration Efficiency):- Testing will be done using a particle size from 0.1 to 5.0 microns,as per ASTM F2101-11 specifies that a particle size of 0.1 micron is used.PFE is greater than 98%.Fluid Resistance:- It represents the maskâ??s resistance to penetration by synthetic blood under pressure (mmHg).As per ASTM standard F-1862-07 will meet EN:14683 with 126mmHg(Level 2).Delta P (Pressure Differential):- This test represents the pressure drop across the mask or resistance to air flow in mmH2O/cm2. The higher the Delta P, the less the breathability, but the better the filtration, ours has value of 3.9(for better breathability requires less than 5.0 ).Flame Spread:- Its ranking is derived by laboratory standard test methodology of a
materials propensity to burn rapidly and spread flames. Our masks withstand exposure to a burning flame (within a specified distance) for three seconds.
