The SCM2 series are with two back to back impellers, it is use for high head values but if hard to reach with single impeller centrifuagl pump. Technology Introduction of Formaldehyde Plant
SL TEC has close to ten years experience in formaldehyde production technology based on silver contact process(or silver catalyzed process). A lower methanol consumption, higher formalin product concentration, high export steam capacity and ease of operation are our features, which makes it the best technical and economically viable solution.
Every unit operation incl. methanol evaporation, catalytic reaction, absorption, off-gas treatment has optional design to at best satisfy the customers needs.
We provide one-stop package solutions from the formaldehyde plant design, manufacture, erection, commissioning, startup to training, with the production capacity of 6,000TPA 120,000TPA and the formaldehyde product concentration varying from 37-55%. 6. Purpose:
(1)Coloration of office suppliers: Fluorescent Ink, fluorescent marker, aqueous ink, etc.

(3)Coloration of aqueous materials: Antifreeze, cutting fluid, water chest, aqueous material, etc.

It has strong yellow florescence in alkali solution; the pH value should not be lower than 9-10 in the ink formula; and it has strength of 120%, good water solubility and no precipitation.
