It is Vegan, Gluten-Free, Plant-based, Non-SMO starch which is used as an Emulsifier, Binder, Stabilizer and Thickener in Mayonnaise, salad dressings, Fruit pie fillings, Gravies, Sauces, Frozen foods, desserts, Instant food products, low pH foods, etc.,. STATHICK-PS-CWS-07250T has high process tolerance and resistance to heat and shear. It has better water holding and fat binding properties accompanied with better freeze-thaw stability.

It is produced by Cross-linking, which involves replacement of hydrogen bonding between starch chains by stronger covalent bonds. It is used as Emulsifier, Thickener, Stabilizer, Binder, Texture enhancer and it provides huge water holding capacity in various food products such as mayonnaise, salad dressings, fruit pie fillings, gravies, sauces, Frozen foods, desserts, low pH foods, etc.,
