Ethylene glycol (IUPAC name: ethane-1,2-diol) is an organic compound with the formula (CH2OH)2. It is mainly used for two purposes, as a raw material in the manufacture of polyester fibers and for antifreeze formulations. It is an odorless, colorless, sweet-tasting, viscous liquid.
Ethylene glycol is a high-production-volume chemical; it breaks down in air in about 10 days and in water or soil in a few weeks.It enters the environment through the dispersal of ethylene glycol-containing products, especially at airports, where it is used in de-icing agents for runways and airplanes. While prolonged low doses of ethylene glycol show no toxicity, at near lethal doses(â?¥1000 mg/kg per day) ethylene glycol acts as a teratogen. "Based on a rather extensive database, it induces skeletal variations and malformations in rats and mice by all routes of exposure." This molecule has been observed in outer space.

INTRODUCTION
The product is a high molecular 30 TBN Calcium Sulphonate. The increased oil solubility of the organic portion of this Sulphonate enables the product to provide rust protection and acts as a dispersant for graphite and molybdenum disulfide. FORMULATION
The product is recommended for use at 0.5% to10.0%wt. In suitable base stocks to provide
detergency & anti-rust performance characteristics to oils. It is compatible with mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Calcined Kaolin is an anhydrous aluminium silicate produced by heating hydrous china clay after water washing to high temperatures in a rotary kiln. The clacination process gives an increase in the original hardness of kaolin and alters the morphology of the kaolin particles completely. When calcination process is done at around 700 deg C, the dehydrogenate of the kaolin is complete, forming a partially crystalline meta kaolin. Fully calcined kaolin products with an amorphous structure are formed around 1000 deg C.
Fully Calcined kaolins can be surface modified with functionalised coupling agent Silane to give a particle coating capable of chemically bonding with the polymer. After surface treatment the dispersion of filler is also improved. In view of the reduced surface activity, calcined kaolins give good reinforcement and permanent set properties, at the same time maintaining very good processing conditions.

Rinse the surface of your vehicle with water, dilute 30 - 60 ml (1 to 2 caps) in a bucket and add 2.5l of water. Mix the water so as to disperse the car shampoo liquid. Apply with on cold surfaces of your car with a sponge and clean by rubbing. Rinse with clear water to remove any suds and foam after every wash.
