The forging manipulators can finish five kinds of motions: the vehicle walks freely on the tramroad, the frame of clamp can move ahead back, lift and drop, incline, turn around. The head of clamp can clamp, loose, rotate. The whole manipulator adopts whole frame structure, drived by motors and making wheels move freely; the link rod drived by oil cylinder or motor or steel wire wheel makes clamp life and drop and incline smoothly: the mouth of clamp fastens and looses completed by pulling rod drived by oil cylinder; the hollow axis makes the head of clamp rotate which is drived by hydraulic motor; the whole frame turns around which is drived by hydraulic motor; the frame of clamp is equipped with level and vertical butters. 1.Product Introduction
Furnace front manipulator is applied in the intermediate frequency induction furnace steelmaking workshop of the steel plant and is installed between the two furnace shells.
It can easily compact the large volume of steel scrap or too loose light material when feeding, which makes the volume of steel scrap shrink rapidly and the compactness increases, thus improving the energy conversion and greatly improving the smelting efficiency of induction furnace. At the same time can quickly, flexible induction furnace around the scrap and packaging block sweep into the furnace. with remote control operation to keep the operator away from the furnace opening area and reduce the hidden danger of safety.
2. Main functions
