A transparent single component primer that promotes adhesion of subsequent coats of paint on most plastic substrates particularly those used in automotive.

The zinc pigment in dry film renders excellent protection to steel structure, tanks, bullets, dam gates, pipelines, plant equipments, jetty, etc. in both interior and exterior exposed conditions of fertilizer units, chemical plants, steel plants, cement plants, pulp and paper industries, ports, power plants, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry, transformer, machines & other heavy duty OEMs. It also provides cathodic protection to steel and gives good resistance to corrosion at local damaged areas. It is useful in heavy-duty protective paint systems. It is recommended not to expose the primed coat alone to chemical and saline atmosphere for a long time.

Surface Preparation
Abrasive blasting to minimum Sa 2 1/2 Standards is recommended with a profile of 35 - 75 microns. The surface should be absolutely dry and salt free before application. The primer should be applied preferably immediately or within 4 hours of blasting.

1.The Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO),
accompanied by the company's registration certificate and a Guarantee Letter confirming its intention to assume legal title of the product.
2.The Seller shall prepare and submit a draft Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) to the Buyer. The Buyer shall review, countersign, and return the
executed MOU to the Seller.
3. Upon receipt of the countersigned MOU, the Seller shall provide the Buyer
with the following documentation for verification and confirmation:
A. Vessel Declaration
B. Bill of Lading
C. Loadline Report (Ullage Report)
D. Q&Q Analysis Report at Loading Port
E. Payment Invoice for Title Transfer Approval
F. Cargo Manifest
4. Upon verifying that the submitted documents, Buyer shall proceed to remit
the statutory governmental fee for Ttitle Transfer Approval in the amount of 95,000 via T/T wire transfer within two (2) international banking days. This
amount shall be deducted from the final purchase price.
5. If vessel rerouting is required, Buyer shall authorize the shipping company to
redirect the vessel to the Buyer's preferred port of discharge. The Seller shall
complete the transfer of product title to the Buyer through the relevant
governmental authority and shall issue the following documents to the Buyer:
Freshly dated Dip-Test Authorization (DTA)
Authority to Board (ATB)
Authority to Verify (ATV)
The Buyer shall then appoint SGS or an equivalent inspection agency to carry out the Q&Q analysis.
6. Upon successful completion of the dip test and once the vessel/tanker is
securely moored at the designated dock, the Buyer shall remit the remaining
balance of the purchase price via MT103 wire transfer. Following confirmation
of payment, the Seller shall issue the official Certificate of Ownership to the
Buyer, thereby finalizing the legal transfer of title. Trans-loading shall begin
immediately thereafter.
7. Trans-loading operations shall commence without delay upon confirmation of payment and title transfer.
8. The Seller shall release commissions and any agreed payments to intermediaries involved in the transaction within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of full payment from the Buyer's bank.

Application Method
Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix the base and hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume. Stir the mix gently to attain homogeneity. Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Add Epoxy Thinner into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly cleaned. Application : By Brush / By Conventional Spray / By Airless Spray Generally no thinner is required for Brush application; however under adverse environmental conditions about 5% of thinner, by volume, can be added. . Apply evenly in crossed manner, ensuring the uniform application. Use quality brushes for paint application.
