Using Methods and Attention Matters
1.Check the test transformer measuring winding rated output voltage, and make it match the operation box correctly.
2. Connect the line between test transformer and operation box according to the wiring diagram.
3. Switch on the power supply, then close the knife switch, and the power indicator light, finally set the work time of relay.
4. Make the pressure regulator display zero, press the start button, the clockwise rotation of the hand wheel, until it reaches the required value.
5. Start the timing switch, timing begins, the electric bell will alarm automatically when it reaches the setting time(artificially controlled time if there is on alarming function), then break off the timing switch.

Real-time control the cooling fans, heaters, alarms, and trip actions based on transformer winding temperature sensors and custom programming. when the oil temperature exceeds the threshold, it automatically triggers over-temperature alarms or trips, when the ambient temperature rises, it starts the fan for cooling, and when humidity approaches condensation levels, it activates the heater for dehumidification.
The temperature sensor adopts an armored PT100 liquid sensor with a three-wire connection, supporting cable lengths of up to 20 meters. It provides precise temperature readings without the need for compensation or calibration. The controller is also equipped with RS485 communication for remote monitoring and data transmission.
