CQ series marine centrifugal ventilators or simply the ventilator is capable of blowing air, ocean air containing salt vapour, and corrosive air which contains oil vapour and a small quantity of acid steam generated by the natural evaporation of the batteries. So it can be used for ventilation of various machinery room and each compartment of boats and ships as well as other likes spaces.

1.General

CLZ Series vertical axial-flow fan for marine use (simply the fan), are designed primarily for ventilation of the machinery room and each compartment. The construction can be delivered for air supply or air exhaust, the ocean air containing salt fog or acid vapor vaporized from storage battery area. Temperature of the air transferred can not exceed 50?.

2.Construction

CLZ fan consists of the impeller, casing motor, guide cowl, conical diffuser, etc.
Casing is made of steel plate of having ample thickness, being composed of an inner cylinder, a shell and a down-stream guide vane. The shell is made in the shape of cylindrical ducts at both ends. The inner cylinder and the shell is connected with the downstream guide vane used to guide the air flow.

Bitumen is widely used in the construction of asphalt roads and bituminous membrane products. Bitumen is commonly used to build highways, motorways and rail networks. Bitumen has excellent water-proofing properties and is widely used for making roofing products along with a range of other household and industrial applications, from emulsion paints to sound-proofing. Penetration Bitumen and Bitumen Emulsions are used for the construction of railway tracks and by using special types of bitumen such as Polymer Modified Bitumen, the vibration and noise levels are reduced due to a dampening effect. 1.Application
This type is suitable for delivering ordinary air ,for sea air containing salty fog , for air containing oil fog and other corrupt air supply or extraditions.
It is widely used for the ventilation of kitchens, washrooms, cabins ,meeting rooms and public places in marine or nary ships. It is also suitable for some proper places in land chemical and metallurgy departments.
If series fans are equipped with explosion-proof motors, they will be used to deliver gas mixtures or vapour containing combustibles and explosives, and they will operate well in the dangerous areas.
If this type is equipped with AO-H three-phase asynchronous motors for marine use ,it will be suitable for the places with 380/220v,50HZor440V,60HZ.(If some have YH series motors ,it will need not 220v.)(three-phase connection)

1. General
CGDL Series marine or navy high-efficiency. Low-noise centrifugal fans (thereafter called the fan) are new-type &energy-save. Low-noise marine products. By the special design and process. 2. Features

1.Fan general
CSZ series fan have high anti-hazard classification, sound anti-wobble, anti-vibration and anti-impact performance. The fan simple structure. Low weight, simplicity of operation as well as its port-ability ( normally only one operator required ) ,driven direct by fire protection water, this ventilator depends on no other power with sealed bearings. 2.Fan structure

CIRCULLATION FAN

Air cooling fans are used for maintaining good air circulation and temperature in poultry farms. Our 36 air circulating fans can be used for various applications, like poultry farms, industrial buildings etc., and providing high efficiency. These fans are available in both single phase and three phase motor option.
