1. PRICING
The pricing shall be determined based on the actual grade (%) of the delivered commodity as confirmed by the
inspection agency. The applicable price per Dry Metric Ton (DMT) is set forth in the discussion based on LME
(London Metal Exchange) or SMM (Shanghai Metal Market) price.
2. INSPECTION AND TESTING
The inspection and assay of the commodities shall be conducted by SGS or CCIC at the Seller's warehouse in
Laem Cha Bang, Thailand. The SGS/CCIC assay report shall be final and binding for both parties in
determining the grade and the applicable purchase price.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
The Buyer proposes the following payment structure. The Seller may select the following options below:
OPTION A: FULL PAYMENT AT SELLER'S WAREHOUSE (Laem Cha Bang)
The Seller delivers the commodity to the warehouse in Laem Cha Bang, Thailand. SGS/CCIC inspection and
assay shall be conducted at the warehouse. Upon issuance of the SGS/CCIC assay report, the Buyer shall pay
100% of the total purchase price via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) based on the grade confirmed in the SGS/CCIC
report.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery terms shall be agreed based on the selected payment option. Under this option, delivery shall be EXW
Seller's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse in Laem Cha Bang .
