Below present our general procedures for the purchase and sale of sugar of Brazilian origin:
1- Buyer issues a Letter of Intention (LOI) addressed to Seller;
2- Seller issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO);
3- If Buyer accepts SCO, signs and seals SCO and then sends to Seller;
4- Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO);
5- Buyer signs and seals FCO and issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), addressed to Seller;
6- Seller issues draft of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to be discussed and commented;
7- SPA is signed by Seller and Buyer;
8- Buyer issues draft of the Payment Instrument (SBLC/DLC) for approval by Seller�´s Bank;
9- If Seller�´s Bank accepts, Buyer issues the bank guarantee (SBLC/DLC);
10- Seller issues Performance Bond (PB) 2%;
11- Seller prepares the product and export documents;
12- Buyer receives the export documents by mail;
13- Buyer makes payment 100% to Seller ´s Bank through transfer bank (Swift Message MT-103);
14- Shipping;
15- Seller sends the original export documents to Buyer;

Blended hydraulic cements are produced by intergrinding or blending Portland cement and supplementary cementitious materials or SCM such as ground granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash, silica fume, calcined clay, hydrated lime, and other pozzolans. The use of blended cements in ready-mix concrete reduces mixing water and bleeding, improves workability and finishing, inhibits sulfate attack and the alkali-aggregate reaction, and reduces the heat of hydration.
We have ready to export 30000 tons of cement gray Portland type 1. We can supply in big bags of 1,5 ton or small package of +/- 50 kgrs each. We have price CIF too
We can ship spots and also shipments of 12,500 MT; 25,000 MT; or 50,000 MT per vessel in BULK OR 50kg, 25kg Kraft 3-ply bags OR polypropylene bags either on 50 kg stacked on wood pallet OR 1 MT, 1.5MT,2.0 MT Jumbo Sling Bag.

PPC
Using state of the art technology and the "ROBOTIC (POLAB)" system, PPC is manufactured under the highest of standards. It is a product of OPC Clinker, which is inter-grinded and well-burnt with Pozzolanic and gypsum materials such as silicious earth or fly ash.
PPC is used for building dams, harbors, tunnels, skyscrapers, RCC work in residential and construction, bridges and more.
OPC
Using the same technology and systems, OPC is also manufactured under the highest of standards. It is a product of powdered limestone and clay materials that are also inter-grinded with other materials.
OPC is used for heavy defence structures such as bunkers, residential high raise buildings, runways, commercial and residential complexes, flyovers and more.
We sell and supply CEMEX Cement in 50kg bags. You have the option to select a 20 foot or a 40 foot container.
