Brown Pistachio

Gray Pistachio Kernels New crop and high quality Brown Pistachio kernels are specially harvested between of each year and are known as the best of pistachios. They are the products obtained from the first harvest of Pistachio. These products, collected 1 month before the normal harvest of pistachios, are among the most valuable of pistachios. A special type of pistachio with its dark green color and delicious taste, Gray Pistachio is mostly used in baklava. In addition, it is preferred in ice cream, halva and many kinds of desserts and cakes. The most famous product of , Boz Pistachio, has been produced in the most natural ways for our valued customers.

PISTACHIO INTERNAL

It is the product produced by separating the peanuts harvested between the from their hard shell. Its grains are large, the color of its inner tissue is 70% green, although the pink of the outer membrane has turned towards a red tone. It is used in Chocolate, Pastry, Halva and Ice Cream industry. type pistachio is offered to your service with pistachio kernels and powdered pistachio varieties.

NATURAL ROASTED PISTACHIO

Before harvesting, while the grains are still on the tree, 30% of the hard outer shell of Pistachio is called Natural. It is the product obtained by cracking in the machine 30% of the outer hard shells of which do not crack naturally, without calibration, after pre-screening and cleaning processes after the harvest. Together with their hard shells, they are roasted with salt at 150 degrees. The salt rate is maximum 0.9%. After the roasting process, it is packaged in the dimensions and weights requested by the customers and shipped to the customers. Since this product is not subjected to any calibration, its grains are large and small. The product consists of a mixture of 70% main crack and 30% machine crack. Natural Roasted product is consumed as normal quality nuts.

MAIN CHICKEN ROASTED PISTACHIO

The large-grained pistachio type, whose hard outer shell cracks naturally before harvesting, while the grains are still on the tree, is . After the pre-screening and cleaning processes are done after the harvest, the main cracked peanuts are calibrated as coarse grains and roasted with salt at 150 degrees with their hard shells. The salt rate is maximum 0.9%. After the roasting process, it is packaged in the dimensions and weights requested by the customers and shipped to the customers. The most important feature is that it is coarse-grained and its shell can be opened easily. Main Crunch Roasted product is consumed as first class nuts.
