GEA Varitherm VT-20 Plate Heat exchanger is made of several Varitherm-design stainless steel plates which are combined to form one effective heat transfer unit. Within each plate package the heat exchanger plates support each other at the metal-on-metal profile cross points, which ensure the stable behavior of the plate gap. The plate gasket has so called glue less sealing system. This laminating tunnel / convection oven is made by Swedish TRIAB / Tri Innovations AB in year 2006. The oven is designed for industrial use and in build up in two separable laminating sections, both equipped with one 40.5 kW hot air sections, one product and one return conveyors and common control unit. All product touching parts are made either of stainless steel (structures and panels) or Teflon made net belts. Convection belt (600 mm wide) is located inside of the oven tunnel and has grid type surface, the return conveyor is installed on the tunnel and it has tight waived Teflon belt. Totally two identical 145 kW wind turbine units, made in 1988 by Danish A/S Nortank, total operating hours approx 75000. The equipment have been dismatled since 2008 and inspected and serviced for operation condition and they are ready for immediate delivery

We have totally 2 units of uninstalled complete wind turbines manufactured by Danish A/S Nordtank in year 1988, manufactures type NTK 130 with rated power of 2 x 145 kW. The mills are in good operational condition and ready for immediate shipment. The hubs are heat treated MEEHANITE hubs made by company SABROE and are equipped with cast iron construction which allows adjustment for blade pitch angle. The blades are made by Danish company LM- Glasfiber, material is glass fiber reinforced polyester and they have self-supporting structure with bushing roots. The blades have also hydraulically activated tip brakes which automatically rotate the tips to a 90 degree break angle when wind is lost or it can be used for maintenance stoppage. The gear box in made by German Lohman & Stolterfoht and it is two step planetary gear type with high AGMA rating of 302 kW. The break system is 100% fail safe Nortank’s own hydraulically / mechanically activated brakes. Both units have they own Motorola 6809 multi-microprocessor operated control units which are housed in dust proof steel cabinets.

Kisters Wrap Around Packer 310
Kisters fully automated wrap around packer model 310 is a single-lane, high-performance packing robot for producing wrap-around and tray packs from stable individual products. It can handle tins, cans, jars, glass and PET bottles, as well as pre-packed products from the beverage, hygiene and food processing industry with high packaging speeds.
It can process flat corrugated cardboard and full carton blanks in different qualities. In each case, the carton is folded tightly around the product groups and subsequently glued with hotmelt and it has a large and easily accessible cardboard blank magazine. Optimum packaging results are achieved in conjunction with the precise cardboard blank guides and the exact folding process.
Wrapping robot can handle a wide range of formats. The unit is PLC-controlled and it can be easily adjusted for other packing formats. This machine has been packing beer tins (12/24 x 0.3 liters and 12 / 24 x 0.5 liters) into cartoon wrap-around packs at speed of 60 packs / min. This unit was in full operation till beginning of November 2010 and is now dismantled and stored.

Industrial Crane Konecranes CTX 10 t, Dual Bridge with 33.6 m span

The crane was manufactured by Konecranes Oyj in 2001 and the operation was stopped in year 2006. The equipment was regularly serviced by the manufacturer and is thus in excellent operating condition. ELMO-G Blower - Vacuum pump 1000 m3/h

The blowers are made by German ELMO Vacuum Technology GmbH, a Siemens company in year 2002 and they are single stage, gas ring type. The vacuum pumps are in good operational condition. We have three identical pump units and originally the pumps were in dust suction operation and therefore the delivery includes 3 pcs high efficiency cyclone type dust filter with electric discharge vibrators. Motor speed is controlled with individual inverters. Units can be sold separately.

ELMO-G vacuum pumps can be used for suction operation or as compressors in pneumatic transportation system. They have side-channel principle using gas ring as a sealing and the gas flows through the compressor along a helical trajectory and is repeatedly accelerated and thereby repeatedly compressed according to the required operating point. There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. Compressors units (totally 4 pcs) are built by York Sabroe in 2002 and 2003 and they operate with R22 refrigerant. Two identical SAB 128 HF screw compressor units are built on a common base frame with an integrated horizontally mounted oil separators, oil circulation pumps and local operating panels. Common (for two compressors) plate type Freon / Glycol evaporator, internal glycol circulating pump and one large Freon buffer tank is also build on the same base frame. Plasmatreat FG1002 pre-treatment and cleaning unit
This flat surface pre-treatment and cleaning unit with open air / atmospheric-pressure plasma technology was originally made by Plasmatreat company in 2004, manufacturer's model FG1002 with Siemens PLC control system and then in year 2008 it was refurbished with new plasma nozzle directing robot and an aluminium profile structured operation table. The unit has two plasma nozzles and it has been used on occasionally and is in excellent condition. The equipment has CE marking and proper documentation, including wirering diagrams
This machine is designed to pre-treat and clean any metal, aluminum, plastics (such as PP and EPDM) or glass surface free from grease, dust and other unwanted materials and to pre-treat material surface for ensuring the adhesion of surface coating to these materials.
