Surya Textech SMS Nonwoven is produced on a triple beam spun-melt Line for medical & hygiene applications. This fabric is hydrophobic in nature that offers a good hydro head barrier for Surgical gowns, Drapes, Sterilisation wraps, and Surgical Kit & Diapers. It offers the anti-Static performance of EN 1149-5, along with excellent repellency that passes Level 2 of AAMI PB70 Standard. For the surgical segment, we offer 25, 35, 43,50, and 60 GSM in three blue shades & white shades. The width can be maximum of 1750 mm for surgical segment SMS.

For the protective wear segment, we offer Type 5 & 6 Anti-Static SMS fabric of 60 GSM, it is used for coverall garments and passes all required standards like EN 14325:2004. EN 1149-5 & EN 6530 .

We are specialized in manufacturing and supplying raw cotton bales. These rarely available cotton bales have made a place for themselves for their excellence in quality. We offer and extensive range of Raw Cotton Sharkar-6 (S-6) [Long/Short Staple] and V-797 [Short Staple] available in the market at highly competitive price. This range of cotton is sowed in the month of June and July and is harvested in November to February. Shankar - 6 is commonly cultivated in a large area of about 4.4 million acres mainly in the state of Gujarat. The annual production of company is around 175 Thousand bales (160 to 170 Kg/bale).

In regards to Organic Cotton, we are working with 6000 farmers which would produce around 8000 MT of Organic cotton. We follow Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) and all our organic cotton is been certified by Control Union. We train Cotton farmers regarding the usage of bio-pesticides, water conservation at farms, increasing yield, improving soil health and maintaining overall bio-diversity
