Rockflex-BRH is a specially modified styrene butadiene rubber emulsion with widely applicable for use in repair and general purpose mortars and overlay applications. Also, it is likely to be applicable to floors, bridge deck, surfacing and compounds for repairs, road of concrete structures.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
* Substrate should be cleaned and free of dust. Use wire brush to remove loose material.
* Clean surface with water to remove loose particles and dust before primer application.

Apply directly or mix cement and Rockflex-BRH in the ratio of 2:1.
Apply as a slurry coat before placing polymer modified primer application.

Description
1. Tough film and good adhesion on the concrete, able to penetrate into concrete.
2. Good resistance to water , brine and chemicals. Excellent mechanical strength and physical properties.
3. Good resistance to impact and abrasion.
4. Easy application , drying fast.
Prepare to use
1. Mix base and hardener by the mixing ratio and Stir thoroughly, then setting at least 15 minutes. Thinner may be used to reduce viscosity.
2. Remove all foreign particles, oils, grease , rust and moistures from the surface before application.
3. Two packs product, must be used completely during the duration of its pot life.
4. Donâ??t apply when the temperature is < 10â??,>40â??, relative humidity is >90â?? or the surface temperature of substrate is not higher than the dew point for at least 3â??.
5. If the coating interval is exceeded , the surface of base coat must be roughened to insure adhesion.
6. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame.
7. Stored with good ventilation.
8. Keep adequate ventilation during application.
9. The actual coverage may vary, depending on application technique, job conditions and type of surface. Under brushing & rolling application the actual coverage is estimated at 70% of the Theoretical coverage and 60% for spraying.
